India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, ...
Data is a digital assets of our country.it is a duty of government to protect it.
1 Data should be stored in swadeshi made server for it safety
2 Data should be categories in two different type for its utility
3 Human being related data should be stored for only country favour.
4 Area wise data collection is beneficial for their study and utilise quickly.
5 A strict data law should be formed to protect their misuse for any purpose.
In 3 decades first interest hike in US! How this is possible? Through Unified approach.. Synchronisation between the departments are possible only if we have centralised data center so, please initiate this action. On one side our democracy and the other side we are in a critical position to maintain rupee value, this is possible only if we have Unified approach between various departments. Let us talk about trading of food grains, we must have every data on our system like location wise stock, demand, price at local and at international market, shipping & logistics data with all details, tax levied by importing countries, competitor details and their data, growing crop pattern and anticipated production (ourselves as well as competitor's), water sources/ dependency on rain fall, season, etc, if we have all such data we can have control over the market price like US and Gulf countries are controlling the oil price and $ value by having tie ups.
No FEEDBACK No INPUT
Data governance frame work should instill confidence and confidence comes from assuring people/user of security of the data being stored. while there are many ways of storing data (on Prem, cloud, Hybrid), encryption, and use policy plays an important role. so enacting storage and use policy of the data is very important. how and where will it be stored, how and who can use it at what levels.
Also ensuring the look and feel for end user remains same, there should be policy and recommended formats which can be used by different agencies thus giving uniform UX/CX to anyone using the data.
I have observed, different agencies and state governments using different format for their portal, online services which is one of the reasons for lesser usage. Having an IT policy of standard looks, feel and experience to all citizens irrespective of states, agencies can have a very positive national impact and unifying the country and larger penetrations.
I Believe it
This data lake on cloud will be a central storage repository that holds big data from many sources in a raw, granular format. Data scientists can access, prepare, and analyze data faster and with more accuracy.
A critical component of data lake architecture is its separation of storage from computation for scaling the infrastructure with data growth.
1. Diverse interfaces for upload, access, move data
2. Access control with Auth security and encryption
3. Quick Search having data tagged and key- value store
4. Analytics layer with machine learning & AI
Job interview and written process must be made online for almost all jobs and results will be available under govt portal so that no need to conduct selection process again for same type of post within year that will save money and time and can provide man power pinpointedly
Fund spend on govt schemes can be made online so that people can check how much funds allocated to their village or area under what scheme and completion status so that they can provide actual feed backs if required
land records must be made online so that one can check records of the land before buying it by paying nominal fees and uploading documents showing his or her intention to buy land that will reduce fraud committed in sale and purchase of land it also help banks to check actual status of land before granting loans
University Education system must be made online for theory purpose wherever practical's are concerned they need to be in online basis thus university can cater 10 times more students with same infrastructure and staff that it hold todays date and more over students from north east or south can study university like DU from their native villages under the guidance of the best teachers in the country thus lots of saving in money and time
