Sir. We can solve water and energy crisis by desalination of water by separating ions by external electric field. We can produce tremendous energy by separating Hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions by external electric field. We can also synthesize many bio_degradable polymers to solve plastic pollution. But for all you have to support us,and publish it in media. Please do something for science and innovation in forthcoming budget, especially for private innovators.

Extend due date of filing income tax return of non audit cases in statute itself permanently from July to august and audit cases from September to October. Remove late fee for late filling of return as given time for imposing late fee is very less as well as amount of late fee is on very high side. It also tarnish the image of govt. In general public. A large amount is spent on public works like school buildings, roads, pathways, culverts etc. life/gurantee given by cintracor for these works are generally short in comparison to a work done by a person for self. If we increase gurantee period we will have three benefit 1. Quality will improve since higher guarantee period will force contractor to do so. 2 if quality have to improve you will have less margin and in turn less money to pay commission s. 3. More fund for deprived .
