There should be some extra penelties or tax on the people who have more than 2 kids, because our population is increasing day by day and by this way only we can make people realise that we need to work on population control.

I will propose change in Home loan Interest rebate, to be only granted if house is occupied. It should be implemented in stages i.e. reduce rebate by 50k each yr over next 3 yrs. Reasons - improve tax compliance - > 10 million ready houses vacant - efficient use of domestic capital - only required houses will be created, less diversion of agricultural land furnishing of new houses will kick-up economic activity - rentals will decrease, more disposable income for more see pdf

My suggestion is to cover some more relaxation on income tax for middle class Boost up mining industry in India which will create more job in very remote area of India Also required foreign investment to grow this industry. Give some more facility and rise interest rate of bank deposit for senior citizens who have no pension and think for them.

The Mata Amritanandamayi Math has been distributing reusable menstrual pads in rural areas for two reasons - such pads are better for one's health and far better for the environment. They do not create waste that will pollute the planet for hundreds of years. We request the Govt of India to also consider replacing the distribution of disposable sanitary pads with reusable ones - the budget for this will be less as well. Incinerators result in the emission of dangerous furans and dioxins .

1) Provisions should be made to allow an assessee to declare any income with out source and should be charged at highest rate. 2) Same rate of depreciation should be allowed under income tax and companies act to simplify 3) to ease the system all additional deduction for additional depreciation, investment allowance, rebates, etc should be abolished 4) Limit for Presumptive tax u/s 44AD and 44ADA should be enhanced to 10 Crores and for professional tax should be on 30% of the Gross receipts.

Now the EPF pensioners are exempted from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Since the EPF pension is paid from the contribution recovered from the employee, there is no government contribution. Hence, my suggestion is that the farmers who are getting EPF pension should also be made eligible for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. The PDS subsidy may be credited to the bank account of respective beneficiaries as done in the LPG subsidy system to avoid malpractices and to save govt money.

My idea is if a citizen who pays tax, should be given extra benefits after he or she is 60 years of age like medical, food concessions. So people will be encouraged to pay more and more tax every year. This is will beneficial for the people who are self employed or are in pvt sector because they don't get any pensions. So it will be incentive for all tax payers but would be given after they are of 60 years..

Dear PM Modi, Our Roads and Parks are very dirty. there should be budget for encouraging self help groups to clean the roads and monitor their cleanliness. They can also report government about the level of cleanliness it is getting and progress as per time. Rather than depending on all govt workers to clean. This will help people in general to feel their city as a home where everyone of every community will come forward to contribute. And thus love and cooperation among them will increase.
