In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

2. Prosthesis insurance coverage
3. Prosthesis cost control through regulatory body
4. Income tax exemption for divyangs
5. Para sports encouragement
6. Insurance coverage to students starting from school without any income criteria

9. Giving benefit under CSR to companies to sponsor prosthesis for their divyang employees

We are celebrating father's day, mother's day, teacher's day etc, etc.

But they are waiting for -

1) Education to their children in school and colleges with lower fees.

2) Loan exemptions to all farmers without politics .

3) Journey concession to poors .

4) Concessions to old patients for geriatric treatments.

5) Free housing , fooding and education to all orphans

Section 89 – Interest u/s 234B/C to be charged after relief computed AMENDMENT TO BE GIVEN RETROSPECTIVELY.Causing hardship to widows who receive arrear salary on death of their husband.

7. Accessible infrastructure like accessible roads, ATMs, railway station, train coaches, etc
8. Speedy trial of accident compensation cases

प्रॉपर्टी के अगेन्स्ट लोन बहुत सोच समझ कर 50% ही दिए जाने चाहिए ताकि बैंक सेफ रहे,हाउसिंग लोन को प्रायोरिटी सेक्टर से बाहर निकालना चाहिए,बबल है| PROPERTY की खरीद और सेल पर दिये जाने वाले सारे टेक्स की छुट के लाभ बंद किये जाने चहिये

इनकम टेक्स के sec.54 F को हटा दिया जाना चाहिए अपने आप प्रॉपर्टी की सेल से आया पैसा बिज़नस के विकास में लगेगा और प्रॉपर्टी के दाम कम रहेंगे और टेक्स REVENUE भी बढेगा इनकम टेक्स का sec.54 F के अनुसार एक प्रॉपर्टी की सेल से आये पैसे को दूसरी प्रॉपर्टी में इन्वेस्ट करने पर टेक्स नहीं लगता इससे इनकम टेक्स का नुकसान होता है और प्रॉपर्टी की पोन्जी स्कीम पैसा आने से चलती रहती है ,प्रॉपर्टी महँगी होती जाती हैं इस sec.54 F को हटा दिया जाना चाहिए

Valuation methodology in case of issue of unquoted preference shares:
It is requested to provide a circular/amendment in order to provide clarity on valuation methodology for unquoted pref. shares.

Defn. of balance sheet in the case of issue and transfer of shares
It is requested to extend the option of drawing a balance sheet on date immediately preceding the valuation date in case of trf. of shares. This option is available in case of issue of unquoted eq. shares under section 56(2)(viib)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Without any security's, Guarantees to be given Muthra loan up to 1 Lakh for Interested married women's.

Because unable to submit some business proofs for some business.

But Regular Repayment Declaration only must.

This scheme is very useful for women's supplement income.
