I think we need a proper war level project for rain water harvesting system in India. A lot of lake, ponds and water bodies which can be used for storage of rain water from roads and public place. I think govt should make it mandatory for new house to have a rain harvesting system and govt may subsidize it like toilet in sawach Bharat mission.
Second suggestion on local project monitoring system . In this system local people are involved in monitoring of government scheme and project in area

I am projecting a case of thousands of people retired from private companies not having any pension Scheme who are deprived of any pension benefits due to no fault of theirs.Ministry may consider Monthly Pension for such people in three grades for three stages of old age.
Above 60 years - ₹5000
Above 70 years - ₹10000
Above 80 years - ₹15000
I think the Nation owes them this much

Bank are providing loan based on the market value of the property. There is a huge difference between market value and guideline value. Entire black money rotating in the land and building. Guideline value used for Income Tax accounting and Market value used for taking loan from banks and hoarding money. In order to curb the black money, only guideline value should be used for providing loans. This has to be implemented over a period of time instead of all of a sudden.
