The cost of commuting is increasing day by day.To save on commuting cost, you can allow three persons to ride a two wheeler.Already without the rule we see 3 people riding a two wheeler throughout India..It will be a populist idea if this is made legal.

In order to control growing population which is directly affecting budget, there should be law in place which restricts any kind of tax exemption to people who have more than two children from a certain date onwards.

1. Remove incometax and start banking transaction tax on every tax. A wider base of taxable population will be covered.
2. Use blockchain for gst, eway bill and vehicle tracking.

Dear FM ,
I am a Chartered Accountant and my point is on TDS . It has been seen that in many cases Tax deducted by the Deductors are not being deposited and TDS return not filed . In this regard the Genuine Deductees doesn't have any legal measures to get it filed/ get the credit . He can only approach the deductor and he cannot file any complaint against deductor . In this regard a mechanism should be developed to avail the credit to all deductees.

Hello Madam,
In our Country People who pay Income Tax doesn't receive much benefit and people try to avoid paying income tax by some means. People who receive income post TDS are major contributor of INCOME TAX. But People who pay no income tax or less tax have all the luxuries.
My suggestion, some benefit should be there only for Income Taxpayers. I have listed such benefit in the attached document
Thanks
Kamlesh

To encourage more people to pay taxes honestly:
1. Re-start issuance of the discontinued appreciation certificates to Income tax payers.
2. Introduce group insurance scheme for Income Tax Payers.
a. Automatic personal insurance of 200% of average income tax paid (net of refunds, if any) during past 5 financial years. pay honest taxes.
3. Allow income tax deduction on Stamp duty paid on residential property purchase and GST paid for under-construction property

Kindly make linking of all properties be it land, house, farm or anything with Adhaar mandatory. Give few months time for linking and simply confesticate all properties not linked after the expiry of time.
Also discontinue the currency notes of 2000/- and 500/- and gives a month or so to deposit the same in accounts, No exchange.
This will highly encourage digital economy beside curbing black money and also people with hordes of black money and property will come to light if they deposit money.
