8. Election commission required lots of people for to do election duty.
They used everytime all government workers like as Teacher,
Tahsildar, Collector.
Government should be appoint all new staff to handle Election duty.
EC pay money to Teacher, Tahsildar.
If government appoint new staff so, we can use this money to pay Workers
EC don't required to appoint Teacher, Tahsildar, Collectors.

It's a new way of thinking and creative idea to create vacancies under Election Commission.

1) TDS - there should not be any filing fees for TDS return and applying for TAN as the deductor is collecting tax on behalf of the government and paying there after, rather some rebate should be allowed for timely payment of TDS for meet his administrative cost.
2) Late fees should be reduced and maximum late fees should be 5000/- and strict penalty provisions.
3) There should not be any fees for PAN card for first timer like aadhar card.

Budget 2019 should include improvement in govt transportation. It will reduce air pollution. There should be hike in taxes for cars. If a house contain more than 2 cars should pay 100% tax on next car purchase. There should less tax for electric cars/bikes. If a person uses govt transportation more than personal should get tax rebate. To track that there should be one card system in coutry. That card should be applicable in train/metro/buses. This card should be linked to aadha/pan

PL make income tax basic exemption limit to RS 500000/- and remove deduction under section 80c .
This will not only help in consumption but also reduce heavy interest burden of govt on various small saving like ppf nsc. LIC. Fd. Etc.
Also it help in lowering interest rate in overall economy.

On Digital Payments, suggest to remove MDR and come up with flat per transaction fee as the cost of processing transaction would be same for any value.
