Apart from increasing the tax slabs, govt can provide the tax paying incentives in terms of benefiting in certain area... e.g., low toll tax.. or providing some health or mediclaim benefits... or less GST on any purchase... discounted GST can be refunded after few days...
This will encourage more people to pay income tax.

Couple of budget ideas for 22-23
1. Increase the MNREGA budget and also days of work under this scheme.
2. MSP prices needs to be updated and increased as per current market conditions.
3. Tax slabs percentages needs to be decreased in order to take middle class earnings into consideration.
4. Defence budget needs to be decreased and same amount can be utilised into infrastructure fields such as increasing more central govt allocation in National pipeline mission
5. Increase the state budget share as recommended by 14th finance commission to almost 50%

Dear FM,
For budget 2023 2024 please increase 80c limit to 2lacs at least.middle class can save addutional amount yearly or above upto 3 lacs.
You also change tax slab upto 5 lacs no tax in both regime. which help middle class. Also purchase 35 more rafels for future planning and security in emergency. Also make provision for free education if in regional language upto 1lac fee. Also include EV in charging under tax saving boost to EV in india.Demonetise 2000 note as economy is stabling now. Please include few cr shares for each ministry dept for lossless benefits or bonds to shareholders gurantee return after 15 years from FM.This can be borrowing money for PMORF. used for infrastructure and bugdet allocation for each ministry through public invedtment in ministry share.Bring this under RTI for transperancy. Ministry will be independant of funds requirement.share price should be independant of market risk. At maturity govt will keep some share from its benefits. tree plantation funds
