In order to increase revenue , there must be done privilege for those pays income tax honestly reduce income tax rates, is it only taxpayers responsibility to take care of all welfare activities of political parties. Imement old pension scheme. Implement bank pension updation on RBI guidelines. Politician must be brought under income tax. Abolish double taxation, like gst, income tax, road tax and merged in one with reduced rate so every citizen contribute in nation building.. abolish reservation on caste based. Implement OROP with honesty. Include other tanks of services in pay commission for defence. Abolish electoral bonds which gives rise to corruption. Stop privatisation of psu and PSB.

Respected FM
My contention is that Senior Citizens should be given still more facilities than already existing ones.
I feel senior citizens who are retired non government employees irrespective of the state they worked in and who have no pension facilities from the office the worked, they should not be taxed at all as they survive only on their savings or are helplessly depending on their immediate family members
Either don't tax this category or broaden the tax base in a way that Senior Citizens who at the time of retirement had less than Rs.5 lacs per annum gets adequate benefits. I fall in to that category.
Also if Senior Citizens who are fit and fine and can work beyond the Age of 65-70 with a cap on 70 years, the latter category of non pension members should be invited to have an alternative source of employment rather than pension schemes. Meaning they can work on desk jobs of NGOS or Cooperatives where their experience will be valued a lot.

Accountability at all levels must be mandatory. Small or big, all positions myst have clear defined and objective measurable deliverables. Salary must be paid and factored by way of working hours plus delivery of work.
In case assets fail their lifetime period or fail on MTBF then recovery of salary paid to the manager officers from top to bottom must be done. In case of major failures jail and other penalties must be effected on the chain of officials irrespective of their direct or indirect involvement.

As every product's price increases with the distance from production facility /factory, it should also apply in the case of electricity. People & Places distant from a power house need to pay higher charges in the form of transmission charges in proportion to distance from power house. The people, living in the nearby area of a power plant, should be compensated/facilitated, by the revenue earned, for their sufferings in the form of displacement, pollution, water & land resource depletion etc. This will motivate consumer cities/ states to install clean & green energy production units and good earning for the existing power generating states.

To encourage compliance to income tax payments and discourage avoidance , For the income tax payees, please allow a different colour of PAN Card with preference in public services delivery like railway tickets, passport prompt delivery and separate queues at public places.

Now the roads need more focus on widening and maintenance, the scoities needs upgrades, places for the commons, parks community halls etc.

Income tax slabs definitely need a review, the middle class should be given some relaxation ,as they are the innocent continuing tax paying. More people should be brought under taxation however small.
