Dear minister ,

There are huge number of engineering students passed out in each year in India , but there are very less opportunities to pursue a career in what they have studied . Many of them are leaving the country and never came back because they have more opportunities and freedom in there . I am also one among the students who are planning to do the same , but I love my country and stay in here . So please introduce a programme to ensure the engineering pass outs to get more job opportunity in our country . For the sake of our country it will be a great idea and a gateway to better future for those who deserves that .

1. *For Senior Citizens...*

Kindly take a strong decision in salaries given to teachers in private sector school and college. No proper rules no fair payments. Management acts as ruler, no fear of AICTE rules. Corrupted inspection visits. Proper slab for teachers should be fixed and followed. I don't know why all govts are blind here in this matter. May be because many politicians are having schools and colleges. But govt runs on tax payers money kindly sort this issue. Thank you.

Explain that the dispute is mainly related to the controversial amendments made in Article 11 of EPS-1995. Before the amendment was introduced, every employee who had become a member of the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme, 1952 on November 16, 1995, could avail the benefits of EPS. The maximum pensionable salary limit in the pre-revised version of EPS-1995 was Rs.6,500. and in 2014 it is increased to 15000.So at present EPS 95 getting Rs.1000 which need to be increased 10000.Also stop pension to all MLA MP whi are enjoying all perks of A T Z in service period n can save lot of fund which really at present ordinary service people not getting benefits
So increase the pension fund of EPS 95 from 1000 to 10000.Asper my knowledge in past lit of companies deducted through Labour contractor those who were not claimed the funds and laying in with Gov.Pf dep

Request government to:
1. Provide tax exemptions at actuals for all expenses met for education of children. Private educational institutions registered as trusts are anyway not paying taxes and are unregulated and are charging fee based on inflated expenses due to vested interests.
2. Allow contributions to EPS so that employees get 50% of last drawn salary as pension.
3. Healthcare for all and cover all citizens under a medical insurance scheme wherein we can contribute by paying premium based on sum insured but government negotiates the rates.

As per IT section 207, a senior citizen who has no business income or no professional income need not pay any advance tax and need to pay tax, if any, only at the time of filing IT return. But as per IT section 192, through TDS, advance tax is being deducted from pension income of these senior citizens too and exempted if investment declaration is submitted.
IT section 192 applicability may be avoided for senior citizens who have pension income only to get full benefit of IT section 207 for senior citizens,
