Respected Prime Minister ji, Namaste. I am Goparaju Shyam, a data science student at Bhavan's Vivekananda College, Hyderabad. India has over 11,000 km of coastline, and crores of people along it face a slowly rising sea. My lecturer, Dr. V. Selvakumar, gave me an idea: what if we could see the sea coming, early? With his guidance on data and research, I built Samudhra Sathi, an AI system that learns from 10 years of open satellite and ocean data to predict sea-level rise month by month. Across ten seas, it is off by only about 1.5 cm on average, tells how confident it is, and runs on an ordinary laptop. It ranks our Bay of Bengal among the most at-risk regions. Our humble request: a chance to work with INCOIS and the Ministry of Earth Sciences, using India's own satellites, to extend it to the entire Indian coast. Full proposal attached as PDF. Jai Hind. Goparaju Shyam, guided by Dr. V. Selvakumar Bhavan's Vivekananda College, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad

Respected PM Sir, Initially wanted to thank you for bringing India to a next level with Infrastructure development. However request you to please do not share our hard earned money to all those Universities that couldn’t control their students and cannot teach their students how to respect their Country, Country Representatives, Country Defence and Civil Forces and our Country’s respected positions like President, Prime Minister, Home Minister, Chief Minister, etc. Thank you Sir
