Respected Prime Minister Sir, just as Swachh Bharat became a Jan Andolan and transformed cleanliness into a people's movement, I suggest launching a nationwide "One Health Checkup" campaign under the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Every citizen should undergo one basic health checkup annually through schools, colleges, workplaces, and village health camps. Early detection can save lives, reduce healthcare costs, and help build a healthier, stronger, and more productive India.

Proposal Name: The National Tech-Leadership Reserve (TLR) Program The National Tech-Leadership Reserve (TLR) is a new plan to hire experienced IT managers and leaders who are losing their jobs due to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation. Instead of letting this valuable talent go to waste, the government will hire them on short-term contracts (2 to 3 years). Their job will be to manage and speed up the delivery of India’s major digital and technology projects.

Respected Prime Minister, India is home to the world's largest youth population. They are the strength of our nation, yet an increasing number of young people are silently struggling with stress, anxiety, loneliness, academic pressure, career uncertainty, and emotional challenges. Many suffer in silence because they fear being judged or have no one they feel comfortable talking to. According to the latest National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data, over 1.71 lakh people died by suicide in India in 2023, with young adults (18–30 years) accounting for the largest share of these deaths. Student suicides have also shown an increasing trend in recent years. While suicide is a complex issue with multiple contributing factors—including family problems, illness, financial distress, and mental health challenges—these numbers remind us that emotional support must become a national priority. I humbly request the Government of India to establish a 24×7 National Emotional Support Helpline

I request you to speak about the importance of Youth, Women Empowerment, and Artificial Intelligence in building a developed India. India has one of the largest youth populations in the world. If young people receive quality education, practical skills, and employment opportunities, they can contribute greatly to the nation's progress. Women are becoming leaders in education, science, technology, business, sports, and public service. We should continue encouraging girls to pursue higher education, technical training, entrepreneurship, and leadership so they can achieve their dreams and strengthen our country. Artificial Intelligence is transforming every field, including education, healthcare, agriculture, and industry. Students should be encouraged to learn AI, coding, and digital skills from an early stage so they are ready for future careers.
