Another important national project that needs to be undertaken throughout ,is to connect Intra District criss cross connectivity with two broadgauge Railway tracks across the country. One km railway track in plain area costs approx Rs10-20 crores. This covers land, soil prep, ballast (crushed stones),steel tracks. A double track raises the cost to ₹20 to ₹40 crore. and in Hilly area, Mountain projects cost ₹50 crore to over ₹200 crore per kilometer. This is because workers must build bridges over deep valleys and dig long tunnels through rock. 2- A DPR will give a prospective budgetary needs for achieving this national goal. 3- Railways can come out with a mega IPO of say Rs50000 crores in open market, with a guranted dividend at 6% for 5 years from date of allotment. To be listed in NSE.Post 5 years,it will b linked with Rly's Dividend given to GOI. 3- Advantages- Regular employment opportunities will multiply, All backward regions will bdeveloped. Peoples' Migration will reduce

Namaste, Hon'ble Prime Minister. My name is Manoj J, and I am 25 years old from Bengaluru, Karnataka. I had the privilege of serving the nation for one year at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). I have always believed that every citizen, especially the youth, should contribute towards nation-building. Over the past few years, I have conducted extensive research and developed a comprehensive proposal called the National Unemployment Elimination Program. I believe this initiative can provide practical and sustainable solutions to address unemployment in India while creating new opportunities for our youth. If this topic is selected, I would be honored to present the complete blueprint and voluntarily contribute my knowledge and efforts toward its implementation. Serving my country through meaningful ideas and action has always been my dream. Thank you for giving citizens like me this opportunity to share our thoughts. Jai Hind.

Respected PM Narendra Modi Ji, Sub: National Youth Civic Credit Framework Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji, To reduce the extreme mental stress of JEE/NEET coaching on 10th-standard -12thStd students, I propose a practical, localized civic service framework for school youth. Local Engagement: From Class 10 to 12, students spend flexible hours volunteering locally in traffic management, digital literacy booths, public health, or local administration. Earn & Learn: Students receive a modest stipend, ensuring zero financial burden on their families. Civic Credits: Service hours convert into Civic Credit Points via DigiLocker. These points provide bonus weightage in university admissions and unlock direct, premium undergraduate internships. This shifts India from rote learning to a skill-first economy. Youth discover career interests early, support local governance, and become job-ready citizens without delaying their future careers.

Sir, "Catch the rain" This extremely useful program can b effectively implemented across India,by concentrating all our small &marginal farmer's Rainfed Agricultyral land, under VB G RAMG scheme 1- Impent "Jaltara project" (details explained in following paras) in each and every redfed farmland, where it's not yet completed. 2- "Jaltara Project" is the most cost effective project successfully implemented under Dr. Prof Purshottam Vayal ji( mobile 94234 58983) It cost of construction is approx.Rs 5000 per acre. 3- One has to dig a small pit of a modest size of 5feetx 5feetx6 feet deep in the lowest area of rainfed farms. This has to be filled in with smaller stones. A smooth pathway towards this pit has to be guarded with a pipelined flow of rain water flowing with a filter at its entry point to stop waste flowing in. 4- Even with just 700 mm rainfall,This Jaltara will be abke to percolate more than 3.60 ltrs rainwater in farm, preservesoil soft& save crops, if rain talks a break.

Dear Prime Minister Modi, We, the members of Beautiful Bharat, urge you to address the harmful impacts of balloon releases during celebrations like Independence Day. Balloons, while festive, cause severe environmental damage, polluting our land and water bodies and posing deadly risks to wildlife and even children. Our "No Balloons Please" campaign has raised awareness since 2018, garnering over 70K signatures rooting for earth-friendly alternatives. We kindly request you to discourage balloon releases and promote sustainable celebration methods through Mann Ki Baat. Your support will help protect our environment for future generations. Thank you.

There is a significant nationwide demand for 'Agri & Food Machinery Repair Hubs.' While various companies manufacture the tools, equipment, and machinery that facilitate agricultural operations as well as food production and service activities, there are delays in accessing essential services such as maintenance. Manufacturers often struggle to establish immediate service centers in every district, leading to delays for MSMEs and agricultural operations. Therefore, the Central Government should collaborate with agri-food machinery manufacturers to conduct skill development training programs, ensuring an adequate number of repair hubs at the district level. Training should be provided—during evenings and holidays—to those already engaged in maintenance and repair work as a self-employment venture, as well as to other interested individuals. It will benefit MSME enterprises and their customers.
