Inviting Ideas for Mann Ki Baat by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 26th July 2026

I have developed a proposal to establish 250 schools and 100 hospitals annually in every district without requiring government investment, while ensuring free access to world-class education and healthcare for all citizens. I respectfully request an opportunity to present this proposal for your consideration, as I believe it has the potential to contribute significantly to the nation's development.

Respected Sir, I write as a developer with two decades' experience in Gujarat and NCR to urge a One Nation, One Town Planning Framework. Gujarat's Town Planning Scheme model has delivered visible results. Ahmedabad and Surat show what land pooling achieves: serviced land ahead of demand, roads laid before construction, infrastructure funded from the value the scheme itself creates — without acquisition litigation. Elsewhere, each State follows its own method. Many have not managed urban growth at all. The result is artificial scarcity of serviced land, speculative price inflation, and homes now beyond the reach of the middle class. Unchecked, our cities will belong only to the wealthy. If we can have One Nation, One Tax, we can have one planning framework — core concept uniform, procedure modified by each State. Every scheme should reserve land for EWS housing, schools, healthcare, parks and commercial space. Semi-urban areas need this ahead of growth, not after.

देश के निजी अस्पतालों में इलाज के दौरान डॉक्टरों की लापरवाही, गलत दवाइयों के इस्तेमाल और इलाज के नाम पर होने वाली भारी लूट को रोकने के लिए एक कड़े कानून की सख्त जरूरत है। कई बार अस्पताल प्रबंधन पैसे ऐंठने के चक्कर में मरीज की मौत की खबर छुपाए रखता है और परिवार को वेंटिलेटर या आईसीयू के नाम पर गुमराह कर लगातार फीस वसूलता रहता है। इस अमानवीय प्रथा को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए सभी निजी अस्पतालों के आईसीयू (ICU) और वेंटिलेटर रूम में सीसीटीवी (CCTV) कैमरा अनिवार्य किया जाए, मरीजों की स्थिति की लाइव ट्रैकिंग के लिए डिजिटल डैशबोर्ड या ऐप की व्यवस्था हो, और हर 6 घंटे में अनिवार्य हेल्थ बुलेटिन जारी किया जाए। साथ ही, मौत छुपाकर झूठा बिल बनाने वाले अस्पतालों का लाइसेंस रद्द कर दोषी डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट के माध्यम से त्वरित और सख्त दंडात्मक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए ताकि नागरिकों के जीवन और विश्वास की रक्षा हो सके। ई-जागृति पोर्टल में AI जोड़ा जाए ताकि जनता बिना वकील के इंडेक्स, एफिडेविट और प्रेयर खुद बनाकर मुफ्त में केस दर्ज कर सके। साथ ही दहेज प्रथा को पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित किया जाए।

Namaste sir, Development is good but with development can we have balance between development and environment conservation. Can we do something about the land slide as it is leading to disaster in hilly areas, destroying the habitat of many organisms, Forests are being destroyed, If we can't restrict the plastic things in hilly areas then please arrange team and increase the cleaning activity in hilly tourist places that can save environment from plastic and waste materials. Development will be useful only if we save this nature otherwise this nature will destroy this development in just a blink. We are so advanced in technology then why can't we have machine that can clean the water bodies quickly like Yamuna River. I think these are not impossible, but problem is with Priority but if this continues than Life will be difficult on this earth. Thank You
