Dear Sir There should be anti corruption cell at police station level and a separate online system must be develop to lodge corruption related complaint. Now days anti corruption cell is at district or commissionaire level and handling corruption complaint is really not possible. so it should be police station level and public must be informed through advertisement to complaint corruption related issue at to anti corruption cell at police station level. All the government dept cover under it.

Sir, Rapes, murders in marriages have become very common in today's society. You must speak on the subject. Such problem can be solved forever. Kindly look into anthropology and psychology. Thank you. Regards.

Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, I propose Swachh Bharat Civic Marshals to build civic sense and stop littering, spitting, public urination and open defecation, while creating jobs for unemployed youth. Marshals can be recruited through municipalities and Panchayats with basic education and short training. To prevent corruption and harassment, fines must be cashless through government e-challans, marshals should wear body cameras, and citizens should have an appeal system. Salaries should remain fixed, not linked to fines. Part of the collected fines can fund public toilets, waste management and cleanliness awareness. The scheme can first be tested in selected areas before nationwide implementation. Jigar Suryavanshi

      Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, I propose creating Swachh Bharat Civic Marshals to prevent littering, public urination and open defecation while generating employment for unemployed youth. Marshals can be recruited through municipalities and Panchayats with Class 8 or 10 eligibility and short training in civic laws, respectful behaviour and conflict control. To prevent corruption and misuse, all fines should be issued only through cashless government e-challans, marshals should wear body cameras, and citizens should have an official complaint and appeal system. Salaries must remain fixed and not depend on fines collected. A portion of fine revenue can support public toilets, waste management and programme expenses. The scheme may first be tested in selected cities, villages and tourist areas before national implementation. This can create jobs while strengthening cleanliness and civic discipline across India.
