Respected Hon'ble Prime Minister, I would like to share a concern that affects millions of families across the country. Women's safety has become one of the most pressing issues that requires urgent attention. Incidents of crimes against women continue to create fear and anxiety among girls and their families. While initiatives such as women's safety helplines are valuable and provide important support, they alone are not enough to prevent crimes. There is a need to further strengthen the legal framework wherever required and ensure that laws are implemented swiftly and effectively. Fast-track investigations, speedy trials, and strict punishment for offenders can create a strong deterrent and instill fear among those who intend to commit such crimes. Every girl should be able to travel, study, work, and pursue her dreams without fear. Parents should feel confident that their daughters are safe whenever they step out

India needs a national movement on Quality. Swacch Bharat was a great leap in that space. Needa a continuous movement. Quality in how we get ready to go to school or office. Quality in how we keep our books, our home. Quality in how we try and understand rules. Did we close th capp of the toothpaste after brushing the teeth. Did we keep the wet towel in right place. Did we serve the food without spilling. Did we pack the bag in an organized manner. Did we fold the clothes that we removed. Currently there is no time spent on talking about Quality either in school, college or even in many workplaces. But the expectation of Quality is being talked about like a Japa. There is little impact that is happening. Can Companies even Medium Enterprises get a power credit for working with a nearby Government school on Quality as an incentive? Though Power should be a fundamental right for industries, it is not.

Dear Sir, My thought is on rethinking INDIA’s 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲? With technology, industries, business models, and the global economy changing so quickly, I genuinely feel it is time for us to take a fresh look at the way bachelor’s degree programs are structured in India. A few decades ago, a B.Com, M. Com, B.Sc., B.A., or B.Ed. degree often gave students a strong start. For many people, it was enough to get a respectable job and build a stable, successful career. But today, the situation has changed. According to India’s Graduate Skill Index 2025, only 42.6% of Indian graduates are considered employable. In simple terms, nearly 6 out of every 10 graduates may struggle to meet current industry expectations. The report also shows a decline from 44.3% in the previous year, which suggests that the gap between academic learning and industry needs is not closing fast enough. 𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 is, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 itself need to become stronger.

Dear Prime Minister, The IT sector and AI are opening new doors, but outdated HR practices are acting as a bottleneck for our workforce. Freshers are denied jobs for lacking experience, while experienced professionals face unrealistic demands like one-week notice periods. Additionally, while we champion women entering diverse fields, HR departments themselves remain highly skewed and could benefit from better gender balance. For India to fully leverage its technological growth, we need corporate HR policies to become as flexible and modernized as the technologies they are hiring for.

Dear honorable PM & HM, Regenerative technologies with supercapacitors has great potential in the manufacturing industries for: 1)To recover a fraction of the startup energy in machines 2) Reduce peak current demand. 3) Improve power factor when combined with suitable electronics. 4) Reduce stress on the electrical supply. 5) Help solar-powered or inverter-based systems by smoothing current spikes. It is an area of research that compliments renewable energy optimization

Assembled laptops won't be enough to complete the ecosystem. Complete manufacturing should be done in couple of years.

Education system in country is in doldrums, suggest to bring discipline in Education system again, automatic promotion to next class without any knowledge has brought arrogance in students feeling that what can teachers do to me. Same is happening in Medical colleges and other technical institutions. This is dangerous for countries future, please handle this situation urgently. I am a MD Medicine doctor and was a Associate Professor in Medical college. Ernest request to look in to this urgently.
