India's rapidly growing cities face two major challenge, urban flooding during heavy rains and water scarcity during summer. In Bengaluru and many other cities large volumes of rainwater accumulate on roads and are ultimately discharged through drains, while groundwater levels continue to decline. I propose a smart roadside rainwater harvesting and groundwater recharge system that captures rainwater from roads , separates waste such as plastic leaves and other solid materials through filtration chamber and directs the clean water into underground storage tanks and recharge wells. This approach can reduce road flooding, improve ground water levels conserve valuable fresh water and decrease dependence on external water resources. The system can be integrated with existing storm water drains at a relatively low cost and implemented across urban areas. By transforming rainwater from a flooding problem into a valuable resource India can strengthen water security.

Sir my thought is to bury the waste like leaves, paper in the ground rather than burning it that leads to only co2. It's takes time to decompose but because of this only left waste would be plastic and other solid waste which is the hardest to dispose off but atleast the amount of waste could be reduced to a large extent.

      Respected Prime Minister ji, My name is Swapan Suin, 29 years old from the Sundarbans, WB. Facing annual cyclones, we realized that saving our land is our own responsibility. Known locally as the 'Mangrove Boy', I started early, and today our community has planted over 5.5 lakh mangroves. My greatest strength is my incredible team—ordinary local farmers, tuition masters, van drivers, and youths who work hard all day and then unite to carry this mission forward. We believe that human willpower, mental resilience, and physical labor matter far more than financial resources. Under the Sukher Swarga Foundation, we are not only fighting climate change through afforestation but also running community schools and welfare projects like Project Ritu Barta. I humbly request you to highlight this grassroots youth power in Mann Kiate Baat to inspire rural India to build the nation from the ground up through sheer willpower and unity. Jai Hind!
