As we are directly negotiate on cost & our term and condition on foreign products before testing. We should have recognised suppliers of defence finished products. The products must be pre test & certified by defence or Laboratory. Then period of DAC to CCS will reduce as there will be only cost negotiations will be left.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I suggest a nationwide movement to change the way we think about littering. Throwing wrappers, plastic packets and bottles on roads has become so common that people consider it normal. But a wrong habit does not become right just because everyone does it. Please create a “Clean India Citizens” platform where people can share and be recognised for responsible actions like using dustbins, reducing plastic and keeping public places clean. The same platform could allow citizens to report littering. After proper verification, repeated offenders could receive warnings or fines according to the rules. We should not wait for others to change. If we want the world to respect India, we must first respect our own surroundings. Let us make cleanliness a habit, responsibility and matter of pride

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I would like to suggest that in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat, you speak about how India’s youth can use Artificial Intelligence and new technology for solving real problems in society. Today, many young people know about AI, but most of us think of it mainly as a tool for studies, jobs or entertainment. I believe we should encourage youth to use AI for problems around us — such as traffic management, water conservation, cleanliness, agriculture, disaster management and helping senior citizens and persons with disabilities. If students are encouraged to identify one local problem and develop a simple technology-based solution for it, thousands of useful ideas can come from every district of India. Our youth should not only become users of technology, but also creators of technology for the nation. I believe this can become an important part of our journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047. Thank you.

Policy: Centralised SIM De-linking & 12-Month Quarantine Respected Gov Team, Recycled mobile numbers compromise citizen safety. New SIM holders can access a past user's banking, e-commerce, and app data via SMS OTP. Personal data and linked email IDs remain stored on corporate servers long after apps are uninstalled.Under the DPDP Act, I urge MeitY, DoT, TRAI, and RBI to enforce: Identity Portal: An Aadhaar-OTP dashboard showing all apps registered to a number over its lifetime. Granular Wiping: A tool to delete accounts and associated displayed data permanently from the app or just unlink the number Audit Report: A downloadable PDF/CSV summary of all unlinked accounts. 12-Month Quarantine: A mandatory 1-year ban on reissuing disconnected numbers. 30-Day Erasure: Apps must purge data within 30 days of deactivation. Financial Isolation: Automated unlinking of banking alerts, UPI tokens, and CIBIL data to protect history. Recycled assets must not carry old footprints. Regards.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I would like to request you to speak about the safety of women and children and the need for faster justice in cases of sexual violence. This issue deeply concerns me because even very young children, sometimes only one or two years old, can become victims of such crimes. I believe they deserve the strongest protection and immediate support. I feel that such cases should be investigated quickly and sensitively, with proper handling of evidence and without unnecessary delays. Victims and their families should receive proper legal and emotional support, while ensuring a fair trial. I sincerely request you to address this issue in Mann Ki Baat and encourage everyone to work together for an India where every woman and child feels safe and every victim can have faith in the justice system. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳
