Bhasha Amrit Kosh (भाषा अमृत कोष) - Saving India’s Dying Voices Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, Ten years ago, in 2016, my grandmother passed away. With her went a dialect, lullabies and proverbs I never thought to record. I realised too late that an entire world of memory can vanish in a single generation - happening daily in villages across India. I propose Bhasha Amrit Kosh - a citizen-led digital archive where students record grandparents and village elders in native dialects: folk songs, proverbs, farming wisdom and rituals. Using Bhashini’s AI tools under Digital India, these can be transcribed, geo-tagged and preserved as a living national treasure before they are lost forever. Students can earn NEP 2020 community-service credits, turning a personal act of love into nation-building. It costs little, builds on existing infrastructure, and gives every grandchild one more reason to sit with their elders. Jai Hind. Arunabha Sengupta Kolkata, W.B Mobile: 9433339612

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, As a young citizen, I suggest two measures to strengthen law and democracy. 1. Police–Education Programme: Police personnel could regularly visit schools and colleges to teach basic laws, rights and duties, cyber safety, traffic rules, harassment prevention and how to approach police. This can reduce fear of police and improve cooperation between citizens and law enforcement. Police must also strictly follow the law and constitutional safeguards. 2. Public Representative Report Cards: Every MP and MLA could have an official report card showing funds allocated and spent, projects proposed and completed, costs, locations, contractors, deadlines, audit findings and complaint resolution. Data should be officially verified and available online and through QR codes or public displays. These measures can create informed citizens and make governance more transparent and accountable. Jai Hind.

Honorable Prime Minister sir, Ever monsoon floods and waterlogging force many poor families to leave their damaged homes and live on roadsides or temporary shelters. I have seen such families including small childrens and women, struggling for food, safety and basic necessities. What long term measures can be taken to ensure that these families recieve safe housing, food and medical support and most importantly that their children do not have to stop their education because of disaster? Could there be a system for temporary schooling, child safety and rehabilitation until their homes and livelihoods are restored?

Topic should be" respect for young generation" as this generation is honest and sincere towards civilization. and we all have cultivated this in new generation after a long journey from joint family to nuclear family and now society as family for this generation as they are mix of technology and family culture. They are the future and we all working hardcto make world better for coming generations only.

Proposal: Gram Mitra Water Hubs + Millet Youth Accelerator (Pilot) I propose a pilot in one block (50–100 villages) integrating pond restoration with millet value‑chain development. Appoint Gram Mitra for pond rehabilitation, sensor‑based water monitoring and monthly reporting to the DM. Establish 1–2 Shared Millet Processing Hubs (FPO‑run) for cleaning, milling, packaging and quality checks. Launch a Millet Youth Accelerator: 8‑week bootcamp,6‑month mentorship and seed grants to train rural youth in processing, FSSAI/HACCP compliance, packaging, digital marketing and export readiness. Deploy a digital water‑credit system converting verified water savings into credits usable for training, equipment rental or inputs. Link branding, GI/PGI and export support via APEDA/PMFME/NABARD; use MGNREGA for pond works. KPIs: pond water levels, millet yields, trained youth, jobs created, local sales and export leads.Request pilot approval and district coordination.

I respectfully suggest a stronger national grievance monitoring system to protect citizens whose genuine complaints remain unresolved despite repeated representations through CPGRAMS and State Government grievance systems. In cases involving alleged police inaction, threats, assault or safety concerns, every grievance should receive a time-bound, reasoned Action Taken Report identifying the responsible authority/officer and the action taken. If a grievance is repeatedly forwarded, delayed or remains unresolved, the system should automatically escalate it to a higher supervisory authority for independent review. Citizens should also have a simple and transparent appeal mechanism against inadequate or unexplained disposal. No citizen should have to repeatedly approach different authorities merely to obtain a response. Such a mechanism would improve accountability, transparency and public trust and ensure that genuine grievances receive meaningful redressal

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I am Divyansh Singh Rathore, a student from Jaipur, Rajasthan. I propose “Sushasan Shiksha - Har Shiksha, Har Suvidha, Har Zimmedari” to counter poor school infrastructure, teacher shortages and weak accountability. A broken toilet, leaking roof or missing teacher should not need a viral post before action. Every complaint, repair and fund release should have a digital **SLA deadline** with automatic escalation up to the District Collector if ignored. Repeated unjustified delays should affect performance incentives and service records through due process, while good performers should be rewarded. AI can flag suspiciously delayed or rejected complaints for human review, and parents can confirm whether problems were actually resolved. Start with a pilot, measure results, and scale the model nationally and eventually to other departments. We are not only fixing schools; we are investing in India’s future - our students.
