The qualiity of medical molecules ( core of the medicine ) in the country is serious issue. Citizens are popping up medicines but the effectiveness is poor. With this scenario, patients continue to circle hospitals , but the very basic reason is overlooked

The intelliigence of many hospitals in cheating patients, patients families, patients attenders increasing exponentially . For example - consultation done with so called senior surgeon _X. But entire pre surgical , surgical , post surgical procedures are done by different set of people , some times with so called doctors who purchased medical degree and PG. But the whole billing is tagged to surgeon X whose fee is 5 to 6 times higher than normal doctor. Just an example of many unethics

Many students, entrepreneurs, and citizens stop trying after making mistakes. What if we encourage a culture where mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn, improve, and continue rather than reasons to quit? Such a mindset can build confidence, resilience, innovation, and responsible participation, helping more people contribute meaningfully to India's growth and development.

In large Indian cities like metros , fire fighting equipment can not reach beyond 20 floors . Means after 20 floors , the fire fightig process is manual and risky . Yet approvals for 30, 40, 50 , 60 floor high rises being issued with bags of cash swallowed by relevant authorities . India continues to be reactive

Many state boards and CBSE looks treating exam performance of 50 % as 90 % . Coaching Institutes students without attending classes getting 95% in board exams. If such corrput practcies in education are not arrested, artificial merit spoil countrys learning ability
