On Environment Day 5 Jun 2025 have made group of all age importantly young buds, PARYAVARAN MITRA पर्यावरण मित्र, We have started an effort by collecting plastic waste within home and depositing it into plastic bottles of soft drink etc. Each पर्यावरण मित्र will make 10 Mitras behind him/her consisting of family members, friends, Neighbour, class mates, office colleques, relatives. The plastic bottles so collected will be used to create different artifacts to be installed in the SHYAM PARK, SECTOR 37, FARIDABAD 121003. This is the place where we all meet every morning for yoga exercises games walk etc. We all are very much enthusiastic with the cause we have started. Now we are looking for more guidance in this field.

The government may consider extending Public-Private Partnership models to include individual participation. This approach would allow private individuals to register and undertake specific public tasks in exchange for compensation or non-monetary recognition. Initially, a task may be identified, a plan formulated, and a task in-charge appointed. Man-hour and headcount requirements should be assessed. Subsequently, registration may be opened to individuals or targeted groups such as students, senior citizens, professionals, or those with specific skills. Following registration, appropriate training may be provided before execution. This model could enhance public engagement, ensure better implementation of initiatives, and foster a sense of shared responsibility.

For the establishment of MSME's the government may take advantage of the previously successful "network marketing". However, this time it should not be products but services. The government may identify common services and register service providers based on certain criteria e.g. pincode and a common platform for administration and distribution of service, this would help in providing a better customer service at standardized rates. Some common services include cloud tailoring, cloud washing and drycleaning, etc. This would help in developing various job opportunities for vocational skills.

There is a need for the government to own and develop MSME's. By this I want to draw your attention to the process of identification of need of a particular type of product and service, breaking down the geographical spread, identification of individuals for providing them with a micro setup for a smaller geographical area, setting up a small enterprise to manage administration and coordination, etc of all units thereby handholding the entire process and nurturing them into medium enterprises with an aim to grow bigger. The individuals may benefit by knowledge sharing, benchmarking, standardization and economies of scale.

Given the large structure of the government and various processes and procedures to navigate through each of them, I would request you to kindly simplify the same by benchmarking the best practices across the government establishments and standardising the same providing similar experience for the citizens and stakeholders for the comfort, confidence and improvisation of day to day activities. Also, a roadmap may be provided by digital and/or other means to the citizens for them to be able to understand the role of each function and the touch points. I believe that the majority of the citizens lack the knowledge of the entire structure of the government, therefore, request you to kindly introduce a know how campaign by means of a video/documentary etc. detailing the entire goverment structure along with the roles and responsibilities.

Ganga is a holy river of our country.it is our duty to protect and try to clean and pollution free river.my suggestion is to an awareness campaign has been started for clean ganga.
second plastic is totally banned in bank of river ganga.third sewage line should be totally blocked for control over pollution.fourth river side resident should be trained and gave responsibility for pollution free water.

This is to request you to kindly introduce a program for addressing personal issues of the citizens. The idea should be to be able to reach out to each and every citizen, understand their current issues, help them resolve the issues and prepare them for the next by providing light and direction. I understand that it seems impossible given the huge population, however, starting this initiative would be really helpful at ground level and would gradually improve the belief in the system, satisfaction levels from the government and happiness index. I believe most people are stuck with their problem and lack adequate knowledge, resources, and guidance to resolve the problem effectively as such the same keeps dragging depleting the quality of life of people at large. Success of this program would aid improved productivity and result in overall growth.

Meditation is a need and demand of living a peaceful and systematic life.my suggestion is to open meditation centre in all village and urban areas for maintain mental fitness of human being.second all schools and colleges has been compulsory to organise meditation class for mental fitness.
