Covered Cargo India is a proposed nationwide initiative to strengthen enforcement of existing regulations requiring vehicles transporting loose, dust-generating or spill-prone materials such as coal, sand, minerals and construction materials to use secure, full-coverage systems. Eligible trucks would be required to use tarpaulin or approved engineered covers before leaving loading points, with coverage verified through cameras, sensors or authorized personnel. A digital compliance record could be generated before dispatch, while roadside cameras, checkpoints and automated number-plate recognition could detect violations and enable e-challans with escalating penalties for repeat offenders. The initiative would also promote standardized and automated covering systems through awareness, support and incentives. By combining regulation, technology and enforcement, the goal is to reduce road dust, air pollution, material spillage and safety risks while creating cleaner roads and healthier

When we are searching for an employee we didn't get the correct condidate, some one have good experience, but no proper qualification, of someone hav good qualification they don't have any proper work experience and quality, other one have experience and qualification but his character is hiding, he have some criminal background here no way to sort it out. And someone have experience after posting them the experience is a fake, or fabricated. In effect it is difficult to get a correct candidate, somehow we need a proper system for this issue. We need to create a system for database for all our candidates and employer. This must include candidates qualification, experience, criminal and civil records, at the time of work experience must be enter by employer, give a specific number of every candidate, it includes skilled, educated or uneducated, unemployed, in organised, service sector, each category must be added to this portal.

Ministry of Protest and Monthly Government Accountability Day A Proposal for Institutionalising Citizen Protest as a Government Feedback Mechanism 1. Core Idea I propose that the Government of India establish a Ministry of Protest and Citizen Accountability and introduce a Monthly Government Accountability Day in every State and Union Territory. The purpose is not to suppress protests. It is to institutionalise the citizen's right to protest, criticise and question government performance in a structured, peaceful and measurable manner. Instead of citizens having to organise indefinite protests whenever they face a government failure, the government itself should provide a regular, official platform where citizens are actively invited to protest against government failures. 2. Monthly Government Accountability Day Once every month, each State and Union Territory would conduct an officially designated public accountability event. Government control these protests

Scrap to Resource” is a proposed national circular-economy initiative to transform scattered vehicle and industrial scrap yards across India into organized, authorized Resource Recovery Hubs. The initiative would identify and collect end-of-life vehicles, abandoned vehicles, obsolete machinery and other industrial scrap, while upgrading suitable existing informal scrap operators through training, certification and access to safer recycling infrastructure. At these hubs, materials would undergo safe depollution, dismantling, sorting and processing to recover valuable secondary raw materials such as steel, aluminium, copper, plastics, rubber, glass, batteries and electronic components. A centralized digital platform would provide traceability from the original scrap source through collection, dismantling and material recovery to the final manufacturer. A proposed “Scrap Exchange” could connect certified recyclers with Indian manufacturers that require secondary raw materials, creating a

Respected Prime Minister, Vanakkam from Coimbatore. As a participant in CARA's Adoption Awareness contests, I request you to speak about "No Shortcuts to Parenthood - Only Legal Adoption" in Mann Ki Baat. Many families are cheated by illegal agents. Please highlight that legal adoption is only via CARA & Mission Vatsalya Portal, it is free, safe, transparent under JJ Act 2015. Your words will protect children and encourage legal adoption. Thank you.

We have done enough for the society when we are young. We are not criminals,. Our Hon civil Court is taking years together to settle a case, which we feel unfair. With folded hand, Vidyadharan. V.
