I respectfully propose “One Nation – One Common Life, Health & Civic Education” as a compulsory subject from Class VI through graduation, with a common syllabus across CBSE, State Boards and other recognized boards, and the same textbook in major Indian regional languages. It should cover hygiene, adolescent and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, TB, blood safety, nutrition, mental well-being and the message that suicide is not a solution, POCSO, POSH, child and women’s safety, dog- and snake-bite safety, first aid, emergencies, road safety, substance and digital safety, civic duties, financial literacy, environmental responsibility, and reducing fear, stigma and misinformation. It should also teach road-accident prevention, traffic laws, responsible driving, emergency procedures, and awareness of legally required vehicle and personal documents. A common scientific curriculum can ensure equal access to essential life, health, safety and civic knowledge for every student.

Pranams to Honourable Prime minister ji, An effective awareness on reducing usage of plastics in daily life and stop littering of plastic bags and other materials in land and water bodies. The plastic garbage not only causes environmental issues it also spoils the cattle life which are seen feeding on the left over in the plastic garbages. Each and every citizen to take responsibility by avoiding usage of plastics that cannot be recycled and also practice proper guidelines of segregation and disposal of wastes and plastic wastes. The Industries manufacturing such non recyclable plastics can manufacture alternative bags and containers from cloth, jute and other eco-friendly materials. One family starts changing environment friendly will kick start the street behaviour, then the village/ city extending to the whole nation. Individual responsibility must be taken for Clean Bharat .

Hon'ble PM, since you are highly passionate about combining technology with local empowerment ("Digital India" meeting rural development). I want to highlight how youth in our villages are transforming rural governance using technology. Today, language is no longer a barrier. Young 'Digital Volunteers' are setting up AI-powered voice bots in local dialects at Gram Panchayats. This allows elderly and non-literate villagers to simply speak into a device to learn about soil health, weather updates, and central welfare schemes. This blend of tech and regional language is truly democratizing information at the grassroots level. The Ministry of Panchayati Raj launched PANCHAM (Panchayat Assistance and Messaging Chatbot) across India. It serves as a digital assistant for over 30 lakh grassroots elected representatives (Sarpanches and ward members) in village panchayats.

Dear Sir, Please discuss about how new generation should understand and cherish culture of our ancient Bharat. Now days Culture and our "Sansakar" are missing from the generation. Parents also in pressure of study and missing holidays for our festivals, are not teaching basic values and "sansakar" in life.

I respectfully suggest a topic for Mann Ki Baat: India’s future cannabis policy and the need for an evidence-based national discussion. Government surveys indicate that millions of Indians consume cannabis products, yet there is limited public data on the size of the illicit market, associated enforcement costs, or potential economic and tax implications of regulated alternatives. This raises important questions about public health, youth protection, product safety, and the influence of illegal networks. I request consideration of a National Cannabis Policy & Economic Impact Study, followed by a transparent public consultation. Such an exercise could examine health risks, youth access, law-enforcement costs, medical and industrial applications, and the impact of different regulatory approaches. The goal is not to promote consumption, but to enable informed policymaking based on Indian data, public opinion, and long-term national interest.
