In a democracy, an elected government is entrusted with solving public problems. Therefore, demands for a minister's resignation solely because a ministry failed in a particular activity should not be automatically accepted. A minister's moral responsibility is to address and resolve the issue, not evade accountability through resignation. Public issues must be assessed holistically by considering all stakeholders, facts, constraints, and long-term consequences, not only the perspective of protesters. While protests are a legitimate democratic right, policymaking should be guided by the broader public interest and evidence-based analysis. Protest groups mostly focus on immediate concerns without adequately considering the wider and long-term impact of policy changes. Governance requires balancing diverse interests, not yielding to pressure from the most vocal groups. As an electorate, I feel betrayed when such pressure is allowed to override. What do you think about this?

RTI Activist Vinod M. 8182018001

Dear PM Sir In my view the biggest hinderance to India's productivity is ineffective and poor public services be it education, healthcare, public works dept, power dept etc. Solution is improving the supervision, tracking and fixing responsibility. We don't see any govt employee on the ground where they are needed. This is what is ailing out growth at the very basic level and causing distress, agitation among all sections. One more suggestion is to have mandatory 6-12 months public service exposure to common citizens which can help in not only having more resources but also citizens participation at grass root level.

respectfully request your attention to the revival of closed coir manufacturing units in Alappuzha, the traditional heartland of India’s coir industry. Some established coir units have remained closed, depriving local workers and Kerala’s youth of valuable employment opportunities. There are also concerns that commercial and political interests may have contributed to the closure of certain units. I request the Central Government to conduct an impartial review and take appropriate action wherever wrongdoing is established. With the support of the Ministry of MSME and Coir Board, these units can be modernised and restarted using new technology, skill development, value-added products and export opportunities. Reviving these units can create thousands of jobs for Kerala’s youth, including Gen Z, while protecting traditional livelihoods. I request you to launch a special Coir Industry Revival Mission for Kerala, particularly Alappuzha, and make our coir sector globally competitive
