      1. Gradually increase funding for ISRO and defence R&D. We should retain our scientists by providing better facilities and opportunities. The Kaveri engine also shows the need for continuous investment in critical technology. 2. Increase the education budget towards 6% of GDP, as recommended by the Kothari Commission, with more focus on schools, teachers, research and colleges. Exams should be made more secure through technology and strong question-paper security. 3. Support Indian IT and social-media companies through proper funding and a clear framework so they can build globally competitive platforms. 4. Many people still use older vehicles and have concerns about E20 petrol, especially mileage and maintenance. The government should test different vehicle generations and clearly inform owners about compatibility, so common people do not face unnecessary costs.

I come straight to the point. India's constitution should be tightened even more than before. Police should be deployed in every street and neighborhood at night to ensure the safety of all women. And Indian education also needs significant improvements. Indian students should also be taught about finance. Extra classes should be held to improve students' skills. From small classes onwards, focus should be placed on children's skills, fashion and what they want to become.

Why youths are more interested in Social media. To become viral to get incentive. IT ministry should give incentives who portray positive views of nation, society and culture and history. 100 to 500 millions are enough to fight for negativity. Also our civil society or NGOs can do these needful. These will be basically part time jobs for youths.

Dear Prime Minister, under your service and guidance country had progressed very well in last 12 years. Based on your vision to reduce foreign dependency, great number of projects were launched. One among them is nano chip manufacturing. Given the uncertainity of private money management, launching stock options with inviting people invest in chip manufacturing would avoid budget stress and growth will be by the people itself, collectively.
