Hon'ble Prime Minister, I would like to suggest a discussion on respecting public property and civic responsibility. Roads, parks, schools, railway stations, buses, and government facilities belong to every citizen. Small acts like avoiding littering, preventing vandalism, following traffic rules, and reporting damage can save public resources and improve our quality of life. Sharing inspiring stories of citizens who voluntarily maintain public spaces would motivate others. If every Indian treats public property as their own, our cities and villages will become cleaner, safer, and more beautiful.

Promote responsible citizenship by encouraging people to keep public spaces clean, conserve electricity, report civic issues, and actively participate in Gram Sabha and local development activities.

Idea for Mann Ki Baat Topic: Youth-Led Clean and Green India I request the Hon'ble Prime Minister to highlight the role of young people in making India cleaner, greener, and healthier. Schools, colleges, NSS volunteers, and local communities can organize tree plantation drives, plastic-free campaigns, water conservation activities, and village cleanliness programs. Recognizing inspiring stories of ordinary citizens and young volunteers from different states will motivate millions of people to participate in nation-building. Such initiatives will strengthen environmental protection, community participation, and the spirit of Jan Bhagidari.

Intertidal Beaching: Ships are run aground on open tidal mudflats. Primary cutting occurs while the ship is exposed to waves. Tidal Flushing: Though secondary cutting zones are concrete, primary hulls contact the beach. Severe heavy fuel spills (like one in June 2026) wash straight out, polluting up to a 10km radius. To understand how Alang compares to a world-class facility like Able UK, the situation must be viewed through three distinct lenses: its current standing, the critical gaps causing the localized 10-kilometre marine pollution zone, and the regulatory overhauls required to bridge this divide Please take strict action on the particular ship scrapping yard which scrapped a uk warship without proper safety and polluted the beach The 10-kilometer area refers to the entire Alang-Sosiya Ship Breaking Yard rather than a single yard. It is a massive coastal stretch in Gujarat, India, housing over 150 individual ship-breaking plots that collectively caused marine pollution

Honorable Pradhamantri Ji. Recently, we are hearing in the news that the government wants to charge money on UPI transactions. Since UPI has become an important factor in India's growth, I suggest that we should keep it free of cost for the users and the government should continue to bear the cost. Since we are already spending tons of money on schemes like "Ladli Behna" why can't the cost of UPI be beared by the government. May be we can call it "Ladla UPI" and keep it free of cost for users. Dhanyawad
