Respectful Greetings to Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi ji, I am Rakesh Paliwal, 55, from Meerut, UP. I propose the world’s first Integrated Living Health Ecosystem, uniting AYUSH, modern medicine, education, research, wellness tourism, biodiversity and wildlife on one living campus. It will integrate India’s ancient medical wisdom with modern science, enable healing in nature, make medicinal forests living research laboratories, protect wildlife and biodiversity, and create rural livelihoods through wellness tourism. More than a hospital or university, it can become a global centre for healing, learning, innovation and sustainable development—showcasing India’s knowledge and ecological heritage to the world. This pioneering model can position India as a global leader in integrated healthcare, preventive wellness and sustainable living, advancing Viksit Bharat and India’s vision of Vishwa Guru.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi ji, I am Rakesh Paliwal, 55 years old, from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. I propose the creation of the world’s first Integrated Living Health Ecosystem—combining AYUSH, modern medicine, education, research, wellness tourism, biodiversity conservation, and wildlife within a single living campus. In this ecosystem, India’s ancient medical wisdom will merge with modern science. Students and researchers will have the opportunity to learn across various disciplines, while patients will have the chance to heal in nature. Our medicinal forests will serve as living laboratories, and protected herbivores will help maintain ecological balance. Additionally, wellness tourism will generate rural livelihoods and support conservation efforts. This initiative will be more than just a hospital, university, or resort; it will become a global center for healing, knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development.

Appeal to Honorable Prime Minister for making the Police Department and Local Administration responsible for protecting the lives and property of their Jurisdiction Sir , I am writing to bring to your attention a severe grievance regarding corruption and the lack of administrative accountability, which continue to cause immense suffering to me Specifically, I have fallen victim to a fraudulent property registration at the District Registry office in Sitamarhi, Bihar. The local Registrar registered my inherited property without verifying ownership, enabling my father's stepsisters to commit forgery and deprive me of the lawful ownership of my late father's property. Despite approaching the District Magistrate (DM) of Sitamarhi and the local Police Department, I have received no relief. The local administration and police have directed the Civil Court, meaning I must now endure years of legal proceedings to reclaim what is rightfully mine, while perpetrators face no consequences.

Respected Prime Minister sir, I want to highlight one of the serious issue related with the health of general citizens and that is " Food Adulteration". The food adulteration has reached to a level in India which is unimaginable and is causing catastrophic effect on society and indirectly on India. This is a big chapter to be dealt with but i want to limit my-self only to small subject and that is banning of all 'food grade colours in in india whether it is restaurant, ready made foods or any food being sold or served in public or to public. There is no effective quality control system in India to monitor the 'food adulteration due to artificial color mixing'. Biggest question is that why an artificial color is required to be mixed in the food. We need healthy food not aesthetically beautiful food. FSSAi is not able to do anything on this serious issue. So a blanket ban on usage of artificial colour by food industry will save the health of many indians.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, 👃I request your kind attention to the concern of retired employees of SBH merged with State Bank of India who were classified as “Deemed NPS Optees” during the merger. Many learned of the implications only after retirement and now face uncertainty regarding their retirement security.I humbly request the Government to consider a One-Time Pension Option for eligible affected retirees, subject to verification of service records. This would provide much-needed relief and dignity to senior citizens who devoted their lives to the banking sector.Thank you, Sir.Jai Hind

Digital & Information Literacy (DIL): A Policy Concept Note Children today face an information environment growing faster than their ability to evaluate it — AI-generated content, deepfakes, misleading statistics, and social media misinformation, alongside traditional fake news. Most curricula teach digital tools, not digital judgement. This note proposes Digital & Information Literacy (DIL): a compact module integrated into existing subjects (language, science, social studies, computer science) across school stages, not a new standalone subject. It builds five capabilities: finding information, reading data, verifying claims, using government/public data, and evaluating AI-generated content, through a repeatable process: Claim → Source → Evidence → Cross-check → Conclusion.Delivery is hands-on (source comparison, misleading-graph exercises, government-data projects) and low-tech-compatible, so device-poor schools aren't excluded. A phased pilot across select districts is recommended
