Respected Sir, North East India faces a complex web of Geographical Isolation, Persistent ethnic conflicts structural economic deficits, and Environmental vulnerabilities. Despite its immense cultural richness and stretgic importance, the region's unique location-connected to the Indian mainland by the narrow 23-Kilometre Siliguri Corridor("Chicken's Neck")- has historical and logistical hurdles. 1. Security and Geopolitical Threats: Ethnic Fragmentation and Insurgency. The Region is home to over 200 Distinct Tribal Communities. Complex Identity Policies have historically fueled armed Insurgencies and severe Inter-Community clashes, such as the Prolonged ethnic Violence in Manipur. Porous International Borders: Sharing over 5000 KM of International Borders with Bhutan, China, Mynamer and Bangladesh makes the region highly vulnerable. This facilitates Illegal Migration, Cross Border Arms Trafficking and allows insurgent groups to flee external Borders Easily. Drug Trafficking

Pranam Sir, Myself Dr.Joyanta Sarkar from Tripura, Agartala. I am pleased to announce that my Indian Patent has been officially granted for the Tripureshwari Veena, a novel and culturally inspired Indian string instrument. The Tripureshwari Veena is conceptualized to reflect the rich musical heritage of Tripura and draws inspiration from the spiritual legacy of Maa Tripura Sundari, the revered presiding deity of the state. This innovative instrument harmoniously blends the classical principles of the veena with the indigenous art, craftsmanship, and folk musical traditions of Tripura. The invention symbolizes the confluence of spirituality, culture, science, and innovation, while preserving and promoting the unique cultural identity of Tripura. This patent marks a significant milestone in my ongoing efforts to contribute to Indian musical heritage through research, creativity, and technological innovation.

      ### Policy Suggestion: Strengthening Work-Life Balance in India The Government of India should introduce stronger work-life-balance guidelines for MNCs, corporate offices, retail stores and organized businesses. Employees should have a clear **Right to Disconnect** after official working hours, except in genuine emergencies. Businesses should strictly follow declared opening and closing timings, with overtime properly recorded and compensated. Excessive working hours can affect physical and mental health, family time, relationships and overall quality of life. Therefore, employee well-being should be treated as seriously as operational targets, first-aid and fire-safety training. Companies should conduct regular wellness programs covering **yoga, fitness, meditation, stress management, mental health, sleep and financial wellness**. Managers should also be trained to respect employees' personal time and avoid unnecessary after-hours communication.

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji, the Ninth Guru of the Sikhs, is revered for his supreme martyrdom in defence of faith and freedom of belief. Born in 1621, Guru Sahib lived a life devoted to meditation, humility, and the teachings of equality, compassion, and truth. At a time when freedom of belief and the right to practice one’s faith were under threat, Guru Sahib stood firmly for the dignity and rights of all. In 1675, Guru Sahib attained martyrdom in Delhi, offering his life for the protection of others’ beliefs. This supreme martyrdom remains a timeless example of courage, righteousness, and selfless service. To commemorate the 350th year of his martyrdom, the Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens to participate in the Quiz on Observance of 350 Years of Martyrdom of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
