India already has traffic laws, penalties and digital systems, but the real problem is enforcement. Wrong-side driving, jumping signals, unsafe lane changes, speeding, riding without helmets, driving without valid licences and heavy vehicles entering restricted areas continue because many people do not expect a certain consequence. India could strengthen enforcement through wider use of cameras and ANPR, automatic checking of vehicle and licence validity, digital challans, a nationwide record of repeated violations, stronger fines and progressively stricter licence suspensions. Driving while suspended or without a licence should have very serious consequences. Road markings, signs, signals and other safety infrastructure should also be regularly inspected and repaired. The aim should not be collecting fines. It should be simple: fewer accidents, fewer deaths, safer roads and le

**Good evening, Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir,** You are a great leader, and I deeply admire your journey and your efforts towards the development and progress of our nation. I see you as a leader who is working towards making India more digital, secure, sovereign, democratic, and progressive. Sir, I would like to share a suggestion regarding the safety and security of our citizens. Incidents involving theft, violence against women, and other crimes continue to concern our society. I believe that new technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and stronger digital systems can play an important role in preventing and responding to such crimes. I request you to encourage innovative technology-based solutions in this area. My PM Sir, I also have a project idea related to **infrastructure and national development**. I would like an opportunity to discuss my project with the concerned Central Government ministry or officials.can receive a 10–15 minute appointment to present the ministry?

Ensuring well being of Sanitation workers Namaste Sir, This message is regarding the highlighting the plight and working conditions of sanitation workers. I live in one of the best cities of India i.e Chandigarh but still we find sanitation workers handling garbage with bare hands, sorting dry and wet waste without gloves, dirty garbage bags lifted on the backs, no mask and no dress. The few suggestions mentioned in the attachment can help in improving the working condition of sanitation workers thus help in keeping the country clean.

My proposal, presented in “BEYOND NEET – THE NEW PATH TO MEDICAL EDUCATION IN INDIA” and at www.neetmedicalreform.com, is to replace the single high-stakes NEET gate with a National Medical Competency Pathway (NMCP) based on continuous learning and demonstrated competence. Eligible students would enter a common health-science foundation and progress by passing medical subjects one by one. Every completed subject would become permanent academic credit. Students could continue towards becoming doctors or move into regulated pathways such as nursing, pharmacy, laboratory science, emergency care, public health and allied healthcare. This system can also provide a structural solution to the NEET paper-leak problem.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, I submit a citizen proposal to make India’s education system a stronger engine of excellence, skills and employment. Many talented students depend on expensive coaching, making family income an unintended advantage. MISSION WORLD-CLASS INDIAN EDUCATION proposes: 1. World-Class Curriculum — strengthen conceptual depth, reasoning, application and problem-solving. 2. World-Class Teachers — introduce twice-yearly competency assessments, with training and mentoring. 3. World-Class Skills & Employment — connect education with industry, technology, research and entrepreneurship. More skilled youth can attract investment, strengthen high-value industries and create more productive, better-paid jobs. A credible pathway from education to opportunity can strengthen confidence and trust among Young India. I request PMO consideration for expert examination and phased adoption if meritorious. Respectfully, Er. Bikram Singla
