The tax being paid by salaried employees is really haunting. As a salaried employee they pay based on payscale and then whatever they buy using that pending money they pay taxes and if they try to sell again they pay taxes. This needs to be corrected for a spl tax for salaried employees so they dont keep paying.

Obesity is silently rising in India, especially among youth, while social media spreads myths about dieting and fitness. To break these misconceptions, I intentionally gained fat and started documenting my real transformation journey DAILY through “Lean with Rahul” on YouTube Shorts — sharing every meal, every struggle, and sustainable habits. My goal is to show that health is not about gym or expensive supplements, but portion control, moderation and consistency. Vision: “Health Within Reach".

My 87-year-old mother Smt Leela Bhaskar Bhat is participating in Koti Geeta Lekhan Yagya of Puthige Mutt by writing Bhagwad Geetha. Till date she has written the entire Bhagwad Geetha 6 times in Kannada. This enabled her to fight her old age-related issues of memory loss and loss of sleep. I and my elder sister Vidya Pai encouraged her to write it. Modiji, I request you to mention her name in Mann ki Baat and encourage people to participate in Koti Geeta Yagya and write the Bhagwad Geetha.

      1. One of my dream is that we should be self sufficient to make all the defence system requirement in our country itself. From whom we import the defence system the no. of technocrats completed their education from India. 2. We should also try to be self sufficient in the medical equipment also to be manufactured in our country itself. You may have to bring some policies to develops the both the fields and to encourage industrialist to take more interest in these (Financialy Risky) fields.
