सर, केंद्र सरकार ने होम लोन पर ब्याज दरें कम कर दी हैं, लेकिन पंजाब राज्य सरकार हर मॉर्गेज लोन पर MODT फीस वसूल रही है। और इस काम के लिए ग्राहक को 20,000 से 25,000 रुपये अतिरिक्त देने पड़ रहे हैं। इस दौरान ग्राहक को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

My Suggestion From a village Ward Member to the Prime Minister of India,every elected public representative is chosen by the people to serve society and strengthen public institutions.Therefore,in my opinion, elected representatives should avoid participating in inauguration ceremonies of private institutions such as: Private Schools Private Colleges Private Universities Private Hospitals Other profit-based private institutions Reason Behind This Suggestion (Reming suggestion I send PDF Format)

Reg. THE NEET exam paper leakage. Sir you need to look into this matter personally and i am sure that we can definitely find a Robust System to avoid such happening in future. Also suggest to ensure that coaching classes do not flourish this much but instead the colleges have professors and they r having so they should teach in such a way that the student does not need to go for the classes. Also exam secrecy to be like UPSA to avoid such things.

Repeated leaks in national-level exams raise serious concerns about government sincerity and expose deep-rooted corruption in the system. Such incidents demoralize hardworking students and damage trust in institutions. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं शिक्षा के सम्बन्ध में कुछ सुझाव देना चाहता हू सभी स्कूलों में पीने का पानी, शौचालय, लाइब्रेरी वी कम से कम एक स्मार्ट क्लास हो। 6 वी कक्षा से ही वोकेशनल कोर्सेज प्रारंभ हो जैसे इलेक्ट्रीशियन, कोडिंग, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आदि। गावो में 100% इंटरनेट सुविधा हो ताकि वे भी शिक्षा से संबंधित अपडेट प्राप्त कर सकें। धन्यवाद।

A humble request to Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji to create national awareness around Type 1 Diabetes in children during Mann Ki Baat. As a parent of two Type 1 diabetic children, an extremely rare sibling occurrence globally. I wish to highlight how this autoimmune condition is often wrongly blamed on food habits and lifestyle, leading to stigma, misunderstanding and emotional distress for affected children and families. Can you under your leadership support setting up of mini and micro ai data centres? I am offering to set it up for universities.
