factories and MSMEs across India are facing a severe shortage of manpower. Industries are struggling to find workers willing to engage in regular industrial labour, while unemployment still continues to exist. This contradiction is creating a dangerous imbalance in the economy. Labour-intensive industries are now dealing with both shortage of workforce and rapidly increasing labour costs.MSMEs are already operating under pressure, and if this situation continues, they will shut in few years.

This initiative should encourage affordable automation, support industrial R&D, connect MSMEs with automation companies, and provide financial assistance for technology adoption. Worker training and skill development programs should also be expanded so that employment becomes productivity-driven rather than dependency-driven. MSMEs are the backbone of Indian manufacturing, employment generation, and exports. If this sector weakens, the overall manufacturing ecosystem of India will suffer.

Respected PM Modi ji, For the next Mann Ki Baat, please speak about Manipur, the NEET paper leak, and concerns over the deletion of 27 lakh names in the SIR process. Students, families, and ordinary citizens are losing trust in institutions. Democracy becomes stronger when difficult questions are answered honestly. If you were in the Opposition today, what questions would you ask the government on these issues? India wants reassurance, accountability, and transparency.

Today, factories and Industries are struggling to find workers willing to engage in regular industrial labour, while unemployment still continues to exist and labour cost increasing creating dangerous imbalance in the economy. Labour-intensive Many MSMEs are already operating under pressure, and if this situation continues, thousands of small industries will shut. The Government of India should establish a dedicated national mission or central department focused on MSME automation.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, Every paper leak destroys the trust and future of hardworking students. India can permanently solve this through a secure Real-Time Digital Examination System, where 20,000+ verified questions are safely stored and the final paper is generated randomly only when the student starts the exam. If no paper exists before the exam, no paper can be leaked. This reform can protect merit, restore trust in examinations, and transform India’s education system.

Packing hot food and drink items in plastic is common these days, hot curries and tea or coffee is being packed in plastic and sent to customers. Should use glass or pottery for this instead of plastic which is cause of dangerous disease like cancer. This is one of the reason of cancer in India these days.

NEET paper leak, impact on students. Lesson learnt in last many years instead of covering up. Strict actions to avoid such in future.
