Unification of Every job in India, because profession is always a profession, it should not become a Money earning profession. To avoid it, have below salary structure for every Government and private and keeping them to take illegal side of money looting business.

This is about to control the population increase and imaginary increase in inflation in the single city from other states and also the security concerns. I am here to introduce "STATE MIGRATION TAX" to avoide rush in single city. The outer state people are ready to do job with less salary and taking the local businesses. If we see reality sector, so many buildings are built and they are owned by outstaters or NRIs which can not be accessible for local person as of asking to pay high buying cost.

Dear honorable PM, Vortex optogenetics refers to the use of vortex beams—light beams with a helical wavefront (often called orbital angular momentum or OAM beams)—to control the activity of genetically modified cells. References to possibilities & applications attached herein

**To** The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India New Delhi **Subject: Proposal for Qualification & Training of Public Representatives** Respected Sir, I humbly request that minimum educational qualifications, training programs, and examinations be introduced for elected public representatives from Panchayat to Parliament. Many representatives lack proper knowledge of laws, administration, and governance, which affects development work.
