Also a solution to reduce paper leak for neet It can be by changing the management Committee of National Testing Agency.Involving persons like IAS ,Doctors through Neet ,Engineers ,IPS ,even IIM faculties because they have reached at this position by clearing exams so they know importance of exams and paper leakage can be reduced

Neet paper prepared by state should made in such a level that it is practical Means the practical explanation which is possible in class 11 and 12th paper should be accordingly and to be prepared by the professional expert of that subject i e.they are already doctors and they know how to make paper accordingly .It should be prepared in such a manner that it can be practically possible for the students. Give justice to the students by making permanent solution of paper leak not temporary

Today Neet aspirant are facing the problem of paper leak and instead of doing a temporary solution move to permanent solution 1. First of all adopt computer based testing system the same model which IIM use for CAT or the NMAT by GMAC model2.Delegate the authorities to the state i e. Every state will have right to conduct exams.For example for pan India paper will be prepared by one state and every year state changes so that each and every state + university participate in paper making process.

The central and state governments must also have strong Environment protect laws that will penalize the factories heavily, and reports are used to digitally identify and cut market access. The factories, drains, houses, etc that reside along the rivers should be immediately penalized monetarily.

Satellites can review the waste let out by the factories, and analyze the waste, and report the local municipal offices, State and central government's that can immediately cut the factories market access. The lack of market access will stop factories from polluting the rivers, drains, land and air, and will create controls around discharging the wastes in a more responsible manner.

We have always been a land that has seen divinity in everything created by parabrahma. Be it rivers, hills, plants, trees, lakes, land, air, etc. Please enhance satellite collaboration to protect rivers, hills, streams, lakes and ecology to contribute to environmental pollution control. Factories and industries that pollute rivers should immediately be cut of from the market to sell their products. Pollution inspectors may/ may not be effective to control the waste being let out into rivers.
