Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

From big companies to small companoes is using the odd technology or old technology where a large group work . Even though new solar & battety fuel. technology is launched , many companies from small to big using the old technology . In many schools & college even though Battery fuel buses can replace the old technolgy of diesel & petrol engone buses the all schools & colleges buses are runing not in battery vehicles . All the private city setvice vehicles ate on disel fuel as there is not private city buses on e- energy fuel The work force can be developed on new technoligy only if new methods are introduced like converting old diesel and petrol fuel engine to battery vehicles & cars so that old cars & buses running on diesel and petrol fuel can be converted to electric chatge buses & cars so that the people can use their old cars by replacing only the engine of petrol & diesel to electric charged battery cars with the support of there car companues at less expense

Dear Sir/Madam, India has been ambitious and proactive in the field of science and technology. With the recent trend of increasing cloud technology there is a lot to learn and create initiative to make people aware. I believe a PERMANENT SEAT AT UN IS MORE BENEFICIAL THAN JOINING NATO+ for India which could lead India to attain sustainable goals.

R/Sir, I'm residing at Dombivli suburb area. To catch local trains for going to workplace is an horrible job. Even Dombivli bound trains are full pack up. to rescue this I'm suggesting following points to smooth running of local trains are follows 1 To run Mail/Exp trains on track no 5 & 6 which are recently laid down for running Mail/ exp trains but they are running on 3& 4 track 2 Direct trains from Kalyan to Vashi & Panvel on trans Harbour route already exist. 3 To increase trains schedules as track No 3 & 4 released from ruining Mail/Exp trains 4 all trains should be of 15 rack or make double Deckers trains to handle the rush 5 trains schedule arrange as per rush on particular stn. like Ghatkopar, KurlaThane Dombivli even Diva stn Regards Pradeep Shinde

Hello Sir, Parents are spending lots of money to send their children to abroad for higher study and very few of children coming back to India. This way we are loosing skilled resource as well as wealth. Why can't we have such facilities and big universities in our country? Why can't we create such infrastructure so that our skills can retain in our country and make the country very strong. Jay Hind, Jay Bharat Pranam

Education on values is a must at school level so that you have motivated youth who understand the dignity of labour and are willing to put in honest hard work. Provide adequate opportunities for youth from schools/ colleges to engage in vacation work, voluntary service, to develop a well rounded personality. Make it a criteria for college admissions similar to West. Substantially increase Job- oriented training as part of mandatory CSR. Introduce active military training for youth for a period of time after school, to inculcate values of discipline and work culture to help in employment and life. Ensure adequate compensation for work with a minimum wage to meet decent living standards including appropriate housing. Corporate/ Govt. supported housing communities for all employees, schooling for children and medical care - similar to our defence forces - to ensure good standard of living and reduce inequalities. Encourage community support to share, help each other in times of need.
