The relation between Manager and worker should be cordial. The autocrat activity of boss should not be there. Boss instruction must be friendly in nature. The worker should be motivated by the friendly nature of his manager.

1. In education sector, practicals-oriented curriculum development is a must. Unfortunately, we don't have that. Our future work-force is being compelled to learn theoretical concepts (some of them are redundant now) only, with less scope for practical-guided learning. The learning outcomes could have a quicker and better effect if our education could be provocative towards the technological advances in industry and research. Universities and Industries should work towards courses in collaboration that could eventually impact the course of the learner towards future challenges. In fact, Ministry of Education should empower the public universities with such practical-oriented and industry-led courses. In a country like India, it is always a challenge to streamline such educational practices due to lack of equitability in education, but it is necessary to nurture the ideas from the grassroot level and give them mentoring support to develop innovative ideas for the benefit of the country.

Sir, it would only be fair & proper to have the sports & games federations at national & state levels, to have those who excelled in their field at either levels, as office-bearers. It would do a world of good for the sports & games as stars who excelled know much more than any persons outside the fields. Apart, controversies are minimised as retirees generally are expected to deliver goods to their best of abilities. Kindly engage attention and bring changes in these areas with enforceable laws. Thank you, Sir.
