and along with for ITI students and diploma students in indian railways and other government organisations so it helps them for better experience.

Most of the students don't have money to do education.
And most importantly all studied people need field job training to learn the work so sometimes I feel they wasted money and time on education.
My situation is after 12th , create graduation course where they can actually work , learn from there as actual practical work, and earn as well to survive. Give them a graduation certificate after 4/5 years. This will give us manpower to industry, students will get skilled in year or 2 , and they can earn as well.

(2) Encourage innovation and entrepreneurship: India should encourage innovation and entrepreneurship to spur job creation and economic growth. This includes promoting a culture of innovation, providing incentives for startups, and supporting small businesses.
(3) Foster lifelong learning: Promoting lifelong learning to help workers adapt to changing job requirements and technologies. This includes investing in programs that provide ongoing training and education, such as apprenticeships, upskilling and reskilling programs, and online courses.
