Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Honorable PM Dear Modi , Why Central Gov organizations like DRDO , ISRO ,HAL, are not having private players and talent mix from across country ? Can we have university of space research and its center in all 30 states having independent compitativeness and free permission to operate in Space . through private public partnership . I think every state shall have space research center so that people from every state participate in new inventions . Territories like ladhak , Assam, Nagaland shall have space research and control center to make Bharath more scientific. and also see that people of that state and ethnic work there . funded by state and center. skill development shall be the education system in place of useless History books , Engineering Helthcare Aerospace Railways locomotives electric electronics construction environment Social justice Respect each other well being and helth balance leadership human values, etc shall be the subjec

Dear PM Modi Sir, I'm Anjana Kaku, I've written to you previously as well on several issues and have been able to see a few in action to. Therefore thank you first of all, for taking actions on ideas, thoughts being shared. I'd like to share one more concern that plagues all of India, and that is reducing green cover. May i request a nation wide stay on any new constructions by builders where they have to cut down trees for constructing buildings and tech parks that are now lying empty, with none to occupy them. I understand that the economy would be hit of this happens, but I've a suggestion that might work to mitigate the impact too. These builders could be ordered to invest in building nature parks, provide landscaped gardens, or create lush green forests and maintain them forever, so employment of people and hence the economy isn't impacted. Profit margins for builders would be low, but now is their time to contribute to save the earth.

A humble request to apply more restrictions on OTT platform specifically Hindi web series due to their unwanted, unexpected C-grade language, abusing words and adult scenes which makes our lives (most of the families) very awkward as these are not such entertaining but misleading and misguiding material is being served to our next generation youth. It is encouraging youth towards consuming drugs, use of worst language, disobey elder people, enjoying party is everything and etc.... In today's OTT environment we can not watch movies or series with our children together and enjoy family time. To have a television in a drawing room doesn't make any sense because of all this. To save our bonding with our children, their nurture, its high time to restrict OTT and encourage them to make family oriented content and sideline their excuse that "its public demand" as public is not at all demanding rubbish things. Sorry if I am sounding harsh here but this is frustrating. I would ban OTT.
