Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Namaste!! I would like to suggest work stations where any citizen can approach to do work. The place can connect job seekers with job providers. It can range from skilled/ unskilled/ techincal/ non technical/ any kind.. it can be some kind of a kiosk where you orally postvyour job need and you get an immediate response. This can hellp hourly/short term and long term jobs It can also be a place to connect for any voluntary services offerings.

All kind of skills, from dress making to jewelry making to bag making to jute products making to bamboo products to Terracotta to Ceramic products to carpets to electronics to machineries to Planes to Rockets. Young generation must learn how to make products. Must not get stuck with just engineering or just medical but how to make different useful products. Also, very important is quality. Extremely important is fineness in the products when they are making. Fineness and strength. An eg: We were looking for fine quality made in India custom made ceramic mugs for our business, but in every business we contacted they said only Chinese mugs are good quality ones. I disagreed and I am still searching for fine quality made in India ceramic mugs. We have people. If they know the right skills, they can make India progress more faster. For fine quality products in good rates, the World must come to India and not go anywhere else. It's an achievable target. All we need to do is, stay focused.

Honorable PM sir, My views about Future workgroups to be taught are 1. Basics and ground-level education should help to explore and work on it practically. 2. To Be taught the importance of sustainable growth. 3. Should be taught, how and when to be brave and strong. 4. Balancing Between Work, Life, Family, Friends, and Spiritual consciousness. 5. Children are to be taught to accept their failures and be motivated to work even better next time but not surrender. 6. Every school should have moral classes, where they should create respect and Kindness and learn that the Earth we live is every species' property and should have a fear of doing something which is wrong.

Honorable PM Sir, We the people of India feel delighted to get a visionary & tech-savvy Prime Minister who started National Mission on Quantum Technologies & Applications in India in 2018 to make India a leading player in Cyber-Physical System. Your excellency, As we know advancement in Artificial intelligence,Robotics, automation & generative AI are changing the world job market faster than speed of light. But as we know, company like SpaceX, Blue Origin & Virgin Galactic are developing space tourism.ISRO has also successfully carried out the landing experiment of the Reusable Launch Vehicle-Technology Demonstration (RLV-TD) programme & that will help India to bring down the cost of space tourism in the world. Your excellency,i believe the future is space tourism, space exploration & space mining.so mostly in future we requires engineers of various field with the knowledge of Aerospace engineering. It will help indian engineers to go in space & work in space.Thank you
