Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

For long Organizations in India have treated workers will less regard for highest standards, often hiding behind legal limits. here is a reasoning for my suggestions in my post: a) All Workers are to be made shareholders in a organization - By definition an organization is the coming together of individuals to achieve a cause ( which could be to make profit or provide a service ). Any such qualified worker who is taken in should be made a part owner of the organization. This is to ensure that the individual who contributed to the organization's growth / success is rewarded appropriately and it doesnt get limited only to Investors ( who may or may not put in work in the growth / success of the organizattion) b) Worker should be "Compensated" for working hours exceeding the working hours limit. The underlying principle here is that "every contribution taken up by the worker has a cost and should be compensated aptly and as a remunerative benefit to the worker".

For India to be the Light of the century , the Worker right has to be respected. a) All workers are to be made shareholders in a organization. b) Worker should be "compensated" for working hours exceeding the working hours limit. c) Legal Limit of work from a Human Worker per week of 7 calendar days is to be set as 40 Hours ( 8 hours a day ). This should cover all industries. d) Statutory Laws governing benefits should be reviewed every 4 years and revisions be legally updated. Eg: PF limits or other applicable benefits such as Medical Insurance coverage e) Termination of Employees should be strictly governed and workers are to be generously compensated( atleast with 12 months Gross monthly salary that will include base salary, bonus, allowances and like). Organizations should be governed by strict laws for compliance. Non Compliance to attract strict measures such as Heavy Fines / suspension of Business Operation / Legal action against CEO / Organization stakeholders

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji... It is a good idea to involve people's thought to the nation's development. We welcome your governance in this regard. Everyone thinking on the topic immediately and giving their ideas. Well. But what about the present work force? What will we do for them? Are we saturated in well being of present work force? Are they living satisfactorily? If so, why there is a name of "Unorganised Sector". Every citizen of India should be come under organised sector first. 1. Education - Must for all people. But It should be affordable to them first. In present situation, education is not affordable for common people. 2. Governance should be governed by educated people. All MLAs, MPs, Mayors, Chairman, councilors should be an IAS officer. 3. Centralized Common Employment Exchange should be organised. All employment both organised & unorganised work force will be given equal opportunities to get them suitable job.

Honourable Prime Minister, As many children are Special Needs Children. In the future they will be forming a greater number in the population. So we must work on their Inclusion in this Society. We must open up more skill training and job opportunities for them. There should be some type of reservations in all fields for them so that they also get a chance to choose a career of their interest. No doubt many IT companies are coming forward to consider these children and give the opportunity. But in future as their numbers will grow the opportunities availability should also increase in different fields.

Reinstalling the gurukul shiksha system in a modern context only could lead us to a better future. If we can move forward with the ethos and Sanskar of the Sanatan Sanskriti right from the very childhood, if we can sow the seed of the greatness of our nation that we were in the past, if we can instill the mindset of new generation to bring back our lost glory by studying scriptures and opting further into it's research we can creat our country into a beautiful place to live . we have to give eyes to our children right from their childhood to see and foresee what is happening and what has happened around us in the last 1100- 1200 years . AND THIS ALL SHOULD START RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING FROM OIR HOME AND THEN OUR SCHOOLS
