For delivery of goods to the correct address through drones, the FAST TAG like cards that will be issued to people will have aadhar card details of a person. Both the FAST TAG card reader installed in drones and issued to a person will have aadhar card details. in case drones found missing while delivering goods then there should be an automatic system that will delete the data automatically in the drone.

Once different consumer goods stored there then it will be retailers responsibility to employee some of its employee in the warehouse for the delivery of goods to consumer's doorsteps and monitoring of drones. Also hidden metal detector sensors and sensors that can sense gun powder or explosives can be installed in these drones. In case drones senses these illegal items it will send alerts to the police or drone monitoring department.

Further to my suggestion about equipped drones with FAST TAG reader lasers and issuance of FAST TAG like cards to people who want to avail delivery of consumer goods at their doorstep using drones. Drones can be monitored by connecting them to GPS and cameras can be removed. To address the issue related to security, a warehouse can be setup in each locality with mutual discussions with the retailers of those particular areas and different consumer goods items can be stored in the warehouse.

The Drone Rules are meticulously drafted. I would like to suggest that there should be one public liability clause. If any public liability arises due to use of drone, the holder has to compensate the same. They may take a insurance policy for public liability with per event and per year limits as per the weight of drone.

Drone can be a good source of spying, communicating, transporting illegal material and other illegal activities for any stalker or any unwanted element so,its selling, buying, manufacturing and even servicing should be something which is confidential and matter of concern.license should be there for whosoever selling, buying or manufacturing it.in short, each anf every drone should be in goverment records just like weapons.
