The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Each and every drone must have metallic strip fixed attached with it, on which a code is stiched as like number plates on vehicles, which can be detected with special scanners as done by many city' traffic police. By this we can track all drone as well as we can identify ilegal one also.

Its necessary for draft drone rule.Because terrorists now attack our country by the new technology by drone technology. There is new restriction in using drones in india. Drones would be used the person only after getting permission by the government. selling drones are take under some rules.

०१. उंचाई उड़ान की निर्धारित की जाय। ०२. विषेस क्षेत्र में पाबंधी लगा दी जाय। ०३. ड्रोन का भी लाइसेंस होना चाहिए। ०४. कंपनी पर प्रत्येक विक्रय किए गए ड्रोनों की जानकारी होना चाहिए। ०५. ड्रोन के क्षेत्र में उपयोग का कारण पहले शासन को बताना चाहिए।

honorable pm Modi ji , I am Mbbs student studying in china, like me 23000 students studying in china or many more specialy mbbs student stuck in India due to covid 😷 , from last one and half years, the online study for the medical students is not good option for that much long time, and we faces many type of issues like no lab or practical classes from one and half year, we are goona treat patients in future, please help us to return our university in china

sir kyunna drone ki size ko ek makhi jaisa rakhe jisski madad se ham desh ke sabhi rajya sarkaro par nazer rakhenge aorr onki galti ki onko saza milegi isski madad se ek chunav karenge jo desh sambhalne mein saksham hoga osi nagrig ko cm aorr nagar sevak ka pad denge drone ko ek chota kar dijiye aorr jo bhi khufiya kaam aapko karna hai wo aap kessi ko bataye bina yeh kaam aap kardo isse drone mein kucch bhi ghatit nahi hoga aorr logo ko shak bhi nahi hoga aorr gunneghar ko pakadane mein asan hog

drone ko kendra sarkar ki taraf se isliye bol raha hun nikalne kyunki jo rajya ke neta hai wo apne admiyo ko police mein bina kessi graduation ke job de diye hai agar koi gunde yeha atanwadi bharat mein ana chata ho to aise log inki help karte hai agar inke opar drone ki jeemedari doge to yeh log isska galat fyda uthayenge aorr jo suchai rahegi wo to nahi dikhegi aorr jo such nahi hoga wahi chez dikhane ki koshish hogi to sir please carefull hoke kaam kare

sir drone ko legal tarike se bharat mein lunch hona chahiye drone ka istamal agar karna hai to rajya kendra se Mangana hoga wo bhi poori jankari security ke heesab se drone ko police ke hath mein dena hoga drone tabhi bahar nikale jab bahot important ho aorr drone wahi wahi place par permission dijiye jaha se atank waadi aorr drugs ko laane ka kaam jayda hota mein to bolta hun ki sir jiss prakar se hamare desh ki rajya sarkar kaam kar rahi hai kyunna droan se on par nazer rakhe kaisa rahega yeh.
