The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified as an overarching skills regulator on 5th December 2018 vide notification No. SD-17/113/2017-E&PW. The NCVET is responsible for regulating the functioning of entities engaged in vocational education and training, both long & short-term, and establish minimum standards for the functioning of such entities.

NCVET has also been mandated to carry out following functions pertaining to grievance redressal:
a. Provide redressal to aggrieved person (s) against any listed grievances relating to the functioning of the recognized bodies under the aegis of the NCVET.
b. Require recognized bodies to redress grievances of their respective aggrieved person(s), and providing commensurate remedial actions, including any penalty(s).

NCVET has also been mandated to frame the guidelines on Grievance Redressal Mechanism by stating the obligations of recognized bodies to redress grievances and provide recommendations on establishment of a system of grievance redressal.

In pursuance to the above mandate, NCVET has developed the draft of ‘GUIDELINES OF NCVET ON GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM - 2021’.
This document encapsulates the categories of the grievances which will be dealt with by NCVET and its recognized bodies, the procedure to be followed by NCVET and its recognized bodies for addressing different categories of grievances submitted by the stakeholders. It intends to provide clarity on end-to-end processes of the grievance redressal mechanism. The guidelines also aim to describe the expected / possible outcomes of the grievance redressal.

Comments are invited from the public on the proposed guidelines by 30th September 2021

All Complain received through the portal should consider more seriously and understanding the gravity of the issue immediate action should be taken. People take the risk ,So their risk should not be ignore. When somebody complaint against somebody he is taking risk for is life. So requesting you this inputs received should be consider at the time of making policies.

All Public Sector Unit or Govt. Offices Should do all the required Purchases from Manufacturer. There should not be any trader In between.

I just want to suggest that change the public holiday to some other day rather than Sunday in central irrespective of state government.Because it is bought up from the British. We got independence in 1947 but still we are behaving like a slaves till now by following the same rules that they taught.
Kindly make this modifications as far as possible.

आदरणीय श्री प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी सादर नमन ! बात नौकर शाही पर की जाए तो भारत में चरम पर है हर आफिस कार्यालयों में देखी जा सकती है जनता जनार्दन को बार बार आफिस के चक्कर लगवाए जाते हैं । ऐसे लोगों की कोई जवाब देही नहीं होती जो परेशान होते हैं उनसे कोई पूछे तो बताएंगे कि किस तरह आते हैं और यहां पर उनका कार्य नहीं किया जाता है आजाद भारत में नौकर शाही पर लगाम लगाने की आवश्यकता है जो भारत को दीमक की तरह खाए जा रही है और भ्रष्टाचार पर कड़ी सजा का भी प्रावधान होना चाहिए।जय भारत ।।

Respected pujya Sri Modiji pranaams. Sir I have interacted director of DRDAfor grievances. First application scrutiny whether Yes Or No. mainly on pattas, land disputes, low cost housing link roads, school building etc. Transform and transportation. The concerned official should reveal the fact. Don't prolong the grievances. Time bound should explain to the concerned. funds position also explain Ed. grievances are coming high. Almost all the files they want to close. Remedial measure also think.
