The Government may consider introducing simplified public guidelines in regional languages explaining citizens’ rights, obligations, and safeguards during investigations. This would reduce confusion and prevent misuse or misunderstanding of legal processes by intermediaries or unauthorized persons. To support the common man, strict timelines for investigation and disposal of cases may be implemented so that individuals and small businesses are not subjected to prolonged uncertainty. Mechanisms for protecting innocent persons from unnecessary harassment, especially in cases involving procedural or technical errors, should also be strengthened. Further, the Government may encourage the use of digital systems for notices, document submissions, case tracking, and grievance redressal to improve efficiency and reduce delays. Conducting awareness programs regarding financial frauds, money laundering risks, and cyber-related economic offences would also help citizens protect themselves an

It is not a disturbing co-incidence that stirs my amaze ments on this holy occassion to commomerate one of the most important landmark of I mprovement in the functioning of ED. ED that is Enforcement Directorate is one of most important landmark of India Finance and Justice every logic has a path, the work of ED was really remarkable and excellent is all cases. The things what they have to include is they should open a online webinar where different students can attend the clases, and their should be a page open to all where each and every person can work online or inform online regarding any suspects or financial transactions or others which ever is important. The work of ED is good enough and understandable and appreciable on behalf and for the citizen of India with the help of Government of India. Later on again and again if India want to build and India with the combination of appropriate decision the ED should open a page of Suggestion where every Citizens have rights to submit.

To strengthen the functioning, transparency, and public trust of the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), a technology-driven and citizen-centric approach can be adopted. A unified digital grievance and case-status portal may be introduced where citizens and stakeholders can securely track complaint status, receive updates, and access verified public information related to awareness, laws, and procedures. This would improve transparency and reduce misinformation. The Directorate can also strengthen financial intelligence capabilities through advanced data analytics, AI-assisted transaction monitoring, and inter-agency digital coordination with banks, financial institutions, and cybercrime units for faster identification of suspicious financial activities. Periodic public awareness campaigns in regional languages regarding financial frauds, money laundering risks, cyber-enabled economic crimes, and legal compliance can help improve preventive vigilance among citizens. Subject Citizen Contribution National Whistle Blower Empowerment and Honour Initiative 2025 Respected Sir Madam I appreciate the outreach initiative marking 70 years of the Directorate of Enforcement and its efforts in combating financial crimes and recovery of illicit assets As a citizen contribution I present a concept based on the National Whistle Blower Empowerment and Honour Initiative 2025 to strengthen early detection of financial irregularities Financial crimes often remain undetected due to fear lack of protection and absence of incentives for individuals with actionable information I propose a whistle blower framework with secure reporting legal protection identity safeguards and incentives linked to recovery outcomes This approach can improve detection efficiency strengthen citizen intelligence and accelerate asset recovery This submission supports strengthening India financial integrity With regards Sampathkumar M
