Notwithstanding the current challenges, Indian steel industry has significant potential for growth The per capita steel consumption in India at 61 kg is much lower than the global ...
We often hear food grains getting spoilt due to improper storage.
Design Mobile Stainless Steel Storage Silos which can be moved from Mandi's/Farms to places of intermediate storage & eventual consumption (i.e. consumer packaging units).
The deign should be widely circulated so that local production of such units can happen, and their modular design can fit the transportation (trucks or trailers or railway wagons, etc.
Mandate FCI to build only SS silos.
One of the ways the steel demand can be increased is by improving real estate investments. This can be done by removing long term capital gain from properties transacted of circle rate based say on first Rs 1 crore on one property in one year. This will also help in removing the culture of black money in property transactions.
Sir there are so many villages which are not connected by railways,(example east godavari).Initiating infra projects to enhance connectivity may boost up steel demand
A) Focus on identifying future natural resource mines for making steel
B) Make realistic estimates of rawmaterial resources for making steel in country
C)Focus on metallurgy science and create strong alloys
D) Steel consumption would increase only when govt started making meaning full infrastructure in rural area.
E) Govt good in policy changes but poor in infrastructure implementation
F)
Use of Steel in Shipbuilding and Aquaculture
1.Barges and Pontoons
2.Fish Farms
Elevated walkways to ease congestion
Protect J&K Schools
Prefabricated Housing
Road Crash Barriers
i suggest r.c.c buildings occupice large place and this can be reduced by steel structures and after dismantle of rcc buildings that waste is not reuasable and it is a promblem for environment and concrete can be easily desolved in nature thanking u sir
all are using r.c.c building for desigh and people preferese for r.c.c. so, we have to give civil engineers and people a information i.e, the steel buildings are have same strengh and cost and time of construction will be less and by this no huge fooundation is required. this circular should be send to colleges of civil engineers and builders
There are large nos of potholes in every metropolis and even small towns. The authorities are always lagging to repair roads and fill up the potholes.I suggest that use of 6 ft x 4ft x 0.5 inch thick plates should be used. Even in rainy season after rain has stopped bitumen can't be used. Instead pothole should be filled with metal and sand mixed with cement and then the steel sheet should be put on that. Like wise adjacent potholes also put with the sheets. This will protect the inside matter
steel furniture is light and repairable. it can be recycled easily compared to plastic/fibre. it also can be assembled by local artisans in rural areas. such industries provide jobs for skilled rural youth. i am not involved in steel industry in any manner.
