ग्रामीण स्त्रियों को अनदेखा किया जा सकता है लेकिन पढ़ी लिखी लड़कियो के संघर्ष को अनदेखा करना घोर अपराध है।इनके सशक्तिकरण के लिए सीधे इन लड़कियों तक पहुंचने की कृपा की जाये और उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार निजी/ सरकारी नौकरियों की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए ।कालेजों को ऐसी ग्रामीण लड़कियों को प्लेसमेंट करवाने की जिम्मेदारी देनी चाहिए । प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के टापर इन संघर्षरत लड़कियों के आगे कितने गौण लगेंगे यह तो तभी पता चलेगा जब भारत के किसी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में यह युवतियां परिश्रम में सराबोर मिलेगी .........

शहर की स्त्रियों और ग्रामीण स्त्रियों में धरती आसमान का फर्क अभी भी है ।ग्रामीण स्त्रियों के परिश्रम किसानों के खेतों तक सिमट कर रह गये है ।आज की पढ़ी लिखी नवयुवतियां जो पोस्टग्रेजुएट/ग्रेजुएट है वे भी खेतों में श्रम करती है जो बेहद दु:खदायी है आरक्षण उनके उत्थान में किसी भी सीमा तक कारगर नहीं है ।अगर उनके जीवन को कोई भी देखेगा तो सर्वोच्च सम्मान से उन्हें नि:संदेह विभूषित कर देगा।फिर वही बात कहूंगा उच्च ,सम्पन्न वर्गों से अनायास उनके अधिकारों का हनन हो जाता है ।

Education and financial independence is very important to live dignified life. Women have to empower themselves. Women have to become courageous and strong to fight against the violence. It is important that law & order enforcement agencies help women in fight against the violence towards them. Further, sensitizing the society about the gender equality and respect for each has to be taught at home and schools. Movies and social media /public media must give the message to respect women .

महिला संगठन महिला एनजीओ महिला और बाल विकास विभाग के सभी अधिकारी कर्मचारी अपने नंबर सार्वजनिक करें ताकि वक्त जरूरत पड़ने पर तत्काल सहायता मिल सके तुरंत सहयोग हो सके अतिशीघ्र सेवा समन्वय हो सके होता यह है कि अत्याचार अन्याय शोषण की शिकार बच्ची या महिला भटकती रहती है और किसी भी तरह के कोई भी अधिकारी कर्मचारी उनको सहयोग नहीं पहुंचाते हैं यह बहुत बड़ी विडंबना दर्द है दुख दर्द तकलीफ है आने में एक महिला अधिकारी का मोबाइल नंबर महिलाओं के लिए होना चाहिए और महिला थाना bahut Achcha होना चाहिए जिसका प्रचार

Stop violence- let's begin from the start, as government please make laws and we will educate to do our part.

Already there exist a meriad of laws to protect women. There is an evident abuse of section 498A, 376 and 125. The laws should be gender neutral, and women should be fined heavily for filing fake cases. This will dissuade women filing fake cases against innocent men freeing court to be able to hear cases of actual abuse. In court I observed a case where in mother of the groom who died before the marriage happened, has also been made a party because of copy paste lawyers.
Those women who are suffering at the hands of their daughter in law are also need some protection, what is their mistake that they gave birth to a son, for whom there is no law no commission to protect them.

We should run a campaign like short films/movies where we can show that male community should change their thought process. Male community should respect and support female's decisions. More focus should be on discussion on sensitive or critical subjects where male community should patiently hear and discuss. Even if girls are wearing short cloths, male community should respect their decision and they should change their thoughts before telling wear appreciate cloths and all.

महिलासशक्तिकरण के लिए सबसे पहले महिलाओं की दशा को मजबूत बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले सरकार को न सिर्फ महिलाएं बल्कि सम्पूर्ण देशवासियों को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनाना होगा ताकि एक तो महिलाएं पैसे से सन्तुष्ट रहे और ज्यादा बाहर न निकल कर परिवार सँभाले दूसरे लोगों में पैसे के लिए मारामारी खत्म हो सके।
इसके लिए सरकार को एक बैंक टाइप खोलना होगा फिर उसमें प्रत्येक व्यक्ति मात्र100 rs में आजीवन एक बार बस खाता खोलेगा और फिर उसका ब्याज सिस्टम निम्नलिखित हो जो हर महीने उसको तनख्वाह की तरह मिलता रहेगा।
