Separate the warehousing, logistics& distribution, pest control, purchasing into individual bodies. and measure them on their own deeds. strengthen the weak links in the chain. Some specific functions can be tendered out. should look at using water ways for cheaper & alternate transport. Indian railways should be answerable too.

इधर विगत कुछ दिनों से देखा जा रहा है कि सभी अखबारो और न्यूज चैनलों पर यह खबर आ रही है कि फला सरकारी जगह पर फला सीटे खाली है और बेरोजगारों को रोजगार मिलेगा। विज्ञप्ति भी निकलती है एवं परिक्षाएँ,इन्टरव्यू वगैरा भी होते है परन्तु भर्तियाँ नहीं होती क्योंकि लिखित एवं मौखिक परिक्षाएँ के रिजल्ट कभी प्रकाशित नहीं किये जाते 3-4 साल भी अगर रिजल्ट आ भी जाते है तब उस रिजल्ट पर सवाल उठने लगते है। सिफारिश वालों को तिकडम भिडाकर नौकरी देने की चाल चली जाती है।

When store a Food Item in a godown it has to ensure that within life time stored item shall be consumed. Similarly to be kept free from insects and small animals.

2.. a new scheme launch , new card issue everyone who are needy and depends rashan card facility. finised this rashan card system and these type sarkari shop which distribute , rice, wheat and sugar etec .

from farm to femily .how many media is in structure of f c i ? if u trust and any one of them break trust then what happen ?...how can your goverment trust every chenal or part of chain is honest..who will give guarantee...p m or secreatary ..what will b punishment ....big q is after so many yera of expieriance retust of f c i ...? i think its big big foolish ness decision

One of the main model in fci restructuring is quality control and good management ,The management take all responsibility with good storing and managing the food grains to reduce the loss instead of punishing the staff. The management should be work at the ground level instead of working in high class AC rooms.They work for the organisation not for ourself only.Every one should overcome with the mind setup how i can safe my self and and put the responsibilty to the other.
