Make an arrangement of creating under cover vigilance department in the budget 20-21 which will look after the state government's department and prevent corruption completely. This will benefit the ordinary people for getting the benefit of government scheme.

The Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) of Uttarakhand for 2019-20 at current prices is estimated to be Rs 2,63,233 crore, which is 11% higher than the revised estimate for 2018-19.
Total expenditure for 2019-20 is estimated to be Rs 48,664 crore, a 12% increase over the revised estimate of 2018-19.
Revenue surplus for the next financial year is targeted at Rs 23 crore, or 0.01% of the GSDP. Fiscal deficit is targeted at Rs 6,798 crore (2.58% of GSDP)

My suggestion and Request to you that please take initiation for SEZ like industrial area and invite to big corporates in uttrakhand for pharmaceuticals.

It can play a major role to creat employement and worth to Government.

Uthrakhand is among well developed and states so there wont be any chaos.
Just budget display should be done with few alteration in it.
Proper work must be done with lots of improvement in it.Lack of care any work is not done properly, proper look after will improve alot.
Bring a budget that would benefit the conscience keepers that is farmers happy .
Another one is reduction in the rate of private
school fees so that it would make education cheap to the poors too.

1)If Hindi is our national language, why is the budget in Parliament presented in English?
2)How many budgets are presented in the Parliament?
3)While going to present the budget in the parliament, what does Finance Minister carry in that briefcase?
4)Why Budget is called Union Budget?
5)Why are the budgets presented in the Parliament read out from a paper?

This will reduce the state's unemployment while also generating income. The state government can test this in Hindi speaking states. For this, management decisions can cost little money. But it's an investment.
