To the Respected Prime Minister of BHARAT With respect to the above subject mentioned Respected Prime Minister, I Akul Kshirsagar a responsible citizen of Bharat I am writing some key Ideas and thoughts which can be added to your Independence day speech of 2025 1) Indian judicial reforms: The much needed amendments in the Constitution of BHARAT in order to provide speedy Justice to the people who have suffered. Delay in Justice shall not be accepted under any circumstances. 2) Gowraksha Kanoon: In Ancient Indic tradition of Bharat Gowmata (cow) has always been a holy animal which was worshiped. Slaughtering of cows has to be banned completely 3) Rainwater and Groundwater harvesting systems development: In the recent days there were floods, flash floods, cloud bursts, and water stagnation happening across the whole country ,Proper Harvesting method is a good option to prevent these disasters, storing the water in surplus amounts, and using it on regular basis.

Oum,Respected Prime Minister Hon’ble Shri Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi Sir jee,I would like to Humbly suggest that there should be separate Ministry for welfare of Hindus,like that the Minorities Ministry is already available.As in some ststes of India Hindus are already in minority and are going to become in more states in near future. The name ministry may be given as “Bhartiy Sanskruti Welfare,protection and development in India and Abroad”. Major role of this ministry should be to protect rights of Hindus,stop illegal conversion of Hindus to non Hindus and promote Gharvapasi of all Purva Hindus. Start Gutukulam and Acharyakulam atleast one in each district of India like Kendriya Vidhylayas started by the then Prime Minister Hon’ble Shri Narshinha Rao jee. Take care of Hindus in all countries of the world. This is the unique solution in long term to bring back the Golden days of Ancient India ,increase Nationalism ,make unified & strong India, world power India.

Please share your views and concern on middle class specially intiatives taken and planned by Government for Jobs, Education, Healhtcare facilities. I am finding difficult to get suitable job as per qualification & experience. Higher education and healthcare has become very expensive for middle class. My whole living saving and earnings vanish if I opt for higher education in Indian Private hospitals and education institutes. Government hospitals and education institutes are few in comparsion to demand for them.

नमस्ते सर, भगतसिंह जी जैसे देश के महापुरुषों ने देश की आजादी के लिए अपने प्राणों की भी चिंता नहीं की, उन्होंने उस समय सोचा होगा की जब देश आजाद होगा तो कोई किसी को नहीं सताएगा लेकिन सर दुख की बात ये है की कोई व्यक्ति घर पर अपनी पत्नी को सताता है, कोई व्यक्ति रास्ते में अपने से कमजोर को पीट देता है। सर आपको हर जगह लोग पसन्द करते हैं। मैं चाहता हूं की आप सभी देशवासियों से अनुरोध करें की कोई भी आपस में एक दूसरे को ना सताए। सब आपस में मिल जुलकर रहे।

’BEAR YOUR JUSTICE’ .Under this scheme one of the aggrieved party in the case can make the payment of cost required for additional man power of Judges and other judicial staff.Hearing of such cases can be made on out of turn basis separately and continuously. The additional judges and other judicial staff can be appointed or existing staff can be utilised with overtime payments out of funds collected from aggrieved party.The burden of advocate fee is not on the government and there is no shortage of advocates in our country. Once speedy decisions are given under the scheme of ’BEAR YOUR JUSTICE ‘ public of upper and medium class of society will be very much happy and automatically burden of pending cases will be reduced .The remaining cases of common people can also be settled at an earliest as court will get more available time. Due to speedy justice,there will be deterrence of law and large amount of white collar crimes will be reduced. Healthy law abiding atmosphere in the country .
