Education is considered as the backbone of development, both at the individual household and societal levels. Educating the tribal children has been a challenge for the Government ...
Bring volunteer organizations to work among tribal areas. Give the grace mark for volunteers for the course selection and government/semi government employment. Support the organizations by proper organizing, funding and implementing program with correct officers.
SSA in tribal areas must not alienate their traditional knowledge learnings and know how. Than imposing Hindi or English education, evolve our education model specifically for them on basis of local requirement. so that they will have a provision to avail elementary language in mother tongue.
One size fit all applies here also !!
The parents of children must be counselled on the need for education. The curriculum must be such that they don't look down upon the activities after they complete their education but must be willing to take up jobs on the lines of their parents when needed as every individual is not bound to get jobs in the industry. The education must help the tribals in marketing their goods and services better which would enable them to get a decent living income
Actually, Sharing of information related to the new plans of government or courses whichever available under technical or non-technical courses to improve knowledge. Notifications such as courses, different scholarships,Job opportunities, etc. This all notifications should reach to people through whats-app, Facebook or any social sites because maximum people are using whats-app and Facebook (Facebook Page can help or some blog where all information regarding to ST Development shown.)
Sir, kindly issue order to stop for saying the word "DONATION" and it may replaced with the word "SHARE" or "YOUR DUES" Sir, We are not beggars, We have more pride and prestige than the donating people or organizations. So any thing they give they have to say it as it is your share. For example a computer has donated by someone then it should be mentioned as your share given by "x/Y"
Since I live in UAE and my daughter goes to an Indian school in Dubai and one thing I have noticed here is that it is mandatory for us to buy new books every year and so anyways the old books has to be discarded. So we can collect their old books, stationery and uniforms from these schools and distribute them among the tribal schools. Same model can be applied in our cities as we can help reduce the cost of our tribal people by providing them free books and uniform.
I want to suggest that under Jan Dhan Yojana H'ble Prime Minister has taken a big step for financial inclusion. They are given ATM cards also. It is an appropriate use of technology. On the same line I want to suggest that Self Help Group is great stregth of our economy. I suggest to issue smart cards to SHG members (selective) to bring transperency, efficiency, accuracy in the activities. It will facilitate all the stake holders to SHGs including poor rural/tribal women who are SHG members.
Motivating them to join defense force
(10) inspection / supervision--it's most important for successful application of above measures. People takes advantage of backwardness &innocense of tribal people.
